DOES NOT GIVE HOME PHONE NUMBERS

I've tried a number of different searches typical of the searches I would do in the map application. First the partial name of a pizza place, received a list of insect terminators. Provided the full name and got a list of every pizza place that ever existed in the area except the one I was looking for. This must be using some bizarre form of indexing I do not understand. It's almost like if you didn't pay to be included, you will not be returned in the search results.

If, like me, you were an early adopter of Yellowpagesbusinesssearchapp, but rarely used it because of lackluster value, you need to give it another try. The current ability of Yellowpagesbusinesssearchapp to 'nail' stores and services in a particular area has evolved into the most useful of it's genre, in my experience. Comprehensive in scope, intuitive and efficient in function, this new version has earned a relocation to a top icon position in the 'Maps & Navigation' folder on my iPhone.

The USA today app is pretty good. There are about 20 stories or so deposited into the cache at any point in time, and they are categorized in an intelligent manner. I did not like the fact that the application was not able to change its orientation and display in landscape mode. I also found that this application would benefit from the feature that is in the NY Times application, which allows you to set the default text font size.

I like Yellowpagesbusinesssearchapp , it’s well organized and very efficient, low learning curve.

Four stars rather than five due to a few problems I see: Clicking the button “See Everything Nearby” brings up an “Unknown Error” dialog. The database could use some updates: local Fred Meyer gas station and Wells Fargo Bank don’t show up in searches.

It's getting there. More intuitive to use, but still has some location issues. I dial in 5 miles and it's pulling listings 210 miles away - even though there's multiple listings a few miles away. Sometimes more features is not always better.... Keep at it YB... It's still a very functional and useful app.

I have had Yellowpagesbusinesssearchapp since I got my iPhone and before I even started working at Yellowbook Corporate. The search results are great and are exactly what I look for. Make sure you use the words that auto populate to allow for accurate searches. If you don't then the results are more keyword based. If an advertiser lists Pizza in their ad, then they'll come up in the results. Also it's based on what heading the advertiser is under. Also, advertisers can purchase better placements, such as Top Placement, Gold or Silver. They may also add a video, coupon or other options for higher placement. All in all, a great app and easy to use.

They continuously refine Yellowpagesbusinesssearchapp. making it better and easier to use with every update. You can now add your favorite locations to your contact list with the name and address with just one click. I couldn't ask for better or more easy to use application to find a business. Downloaded Yellowpagesbusinesssearchapp last week. Have been playing with it a little bit and will play with it more later. Very cool. Much better than the old one for sure. Really like how it integrates Gas Buddy and Groupon. Also, think the “share” feature you built into it is very slick. Definitely will be using this for sure.

Every search I have done here lcally turns up actual business, rather than some other apps which give addresses that don't even exist! A must have if you are a frequent traveler, as it can search based on location, best match and a few others...simple layout too, for a free app two thumbs up.

I love how it finds stuff that google and yelp miss all the time. The new map stuff is cool. It seems to auto direct me to the location of the place I found and I can book reservations at restaurants. Also seems to load much faster and search better! It's good to finally see something new come out.

I love the ease and simplicity of this local search app!! I can simply type what I want and where I want it, and get great results. The listings appear simplified and well organized, without all the chaotic ads and info that a lot of online yellowpage search engines crowd their pages with. Thku for doing such a great job making it easier for the consumers.

This is my first experience with an online yellow pages and it is great - much better than using Google for local searches since you dont have to wade through the extraneous hits to get what you need. Really like the one touch send feature to share listings as well.

This is great. Voice or type. Aim camera lens at building and find out what type of business it is, what they sell and if they have discounts.
I don't even need anything but I'm riding around just to use Yellowpagesbusinesssearchapp .
It's free and the ad's don't get in the way. It maps where you need to go and shows you where you are.

If you need to find something or someone fast, this is our go to app! I use it all the time; it's my most used one. I can create a contact or map it plus several other options with the touch of a button. We use it a lot when we travel, too.
