How do you plan on competing with Uber and Lyft if the most basic function of YellowCabCo don’t work? When it does work, there are so many flaws in the user interface that it’s not worth it. Bummer of an app.

I called and I called and I cried by myself at the side of the forgotten gravelly road and this sorry excuse for a company didn't bother to heed my pleas for help. I highly recommend that you DON'T utilize YellowCabCo. In short, my night and life were ruined irreparably on that fateful night, which just so happens to be this night. This is the worst day of my life.

What’s the point of advertising YellowCabCo on your website if the dang thing never downloads! Either fix it or stop advertising it on your website.

YellowCabCo crashes if you try to open it with ios9. I needs to be updated for the new operating system.

If you care about booking a taxi to get to your destination on time, YellowCabCo is not for you. However, if you just want an app to take up space on your phone, then this is the perfect app for you! Tell all of your friends!

When to open it disappears! I've deleted and reinstalled twice. Restarted my device twice. Used to great. Is it not supported in iOS 9?

App is great, service is horrible. I called and they had me on hold for 10 minutes. Then, when I finally booked a cab and checked the status of it 30 minutes after my original call, it said "still waiting for cab to be assigned". I finally got so frustrated that I cancelled it all together. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

YellowCabCo is a little strange with navigating the map to set up pins instead if manually setting addresses. Fares are fair so no guilt. Though I wish they had the gps goodness if uber and had etas for our cabbies. No easy option to tip. I don't like carrying cash on me and like charging everything to card. Solid compared to uber. However there is no option to save addresses for an easier time to go between destinations. Looking at the set up between our local drivers and uber drivers they can both exist.

Some of the nav is white on yellow, which is hard to read, and some of the fields are hard to select, but it works as promised.
Simple and effective.

I love YellowCabCo! It provides you with a wait time and location of the taxi.

I love that you can just click a button and it sends your taxi right your way.

Very intuitive and easy to work. Works great and is free. It's great to be able to see where your cab is on the map so youre ready for its arrival.
