Summary of SimpleMind Problems 😠👌🔥
- If you forget to save your maps as PDF's during the trial period, those maps will be gone unless you pay the company approx. $28 for the full version to get them back
- Simple operations as synching your maps throughout your platforms do not exist
- Creating image and document links in the Ipad version is inserting a different directory link structure in the map than when I do the same thing in the desktop version, so links can't be accessed on both platforms

Hello, I'm using Simplemind trial. I like the app and want to buy a pro version, but I'm contacting you because an error occurred. When I create a mind map and convert it to pdf, it keeps getting errors. It's a shame that sometimes it converts properly and sometimes it gets an error. I'm sending you an e-mail because I think it would be a really good app if this error was fixed. I really hope you can fix it as soon as possible. Thank you for making a good app. P.S. These files are mind maps I made with the same thing. But you can see the letters are out of line in the file that got an error. I hope this error can be fixed or we can figure out the cause!
New update not working, The icone T above the subject bubble has stopped working. I even reenstalled program, and a pop-up tells me ther is a newer version. When I down load new version, the same problem happens. Is there a fix?
