I'm going to give this a fair review, and putting age aside. This app is very simplistic, and gets old rather fast. It really doesn't appear like that much effort was put into this, again due to the simplicity. I can see why some would enjoy this, but I do not.
Now, I'll speak on the age. Honestly, it's the only reason that this app has any 3+ star ratings. People go "aww, a kid made it, cute." I personally do not care about the age/gender/ect. of the developer, it's the content that counts. That being said, I could create something similar in about an hour, and I don't think that something that can be made so effortlessly deserves to be as high ranked as this.

I have to agree with some people this is a good app for a nine year old but that doesn't mean you need to get mad at anyone who gives it a bad rating. I personally think that to make this a better app you would have to add tons more features. When I first looked at this app and it's rating I thought oh good a high rated app but when I tried it out I realized that this app is so simplistic nine year old or not it isn't that well designed. We should not discriminate on age gender or race. That even means giving an app a good rating when it deserves a bad one. So fix this app.
