With IPhone 5 out for a year now, DefenderSoftToken is still using the old resolution. If it was my company using it, I will delete it for sure.

Best advertising ever for other 2FA products. 3rd release and it's still breaking. A couple of senior execs required physical tokens shipped overnight as they are fed up. We will probably dump Dell Defender when support expires. We have already dropped Dell for servers and laptops.

Version 1.9 is using 27% of iPhone battery. Highest usage of all apps. Need capability to turn it off when not is use. Wish company used a better solution, like Authenticator.

This is just pathetic. How lazy can the developers be?
by Infectious Red
Straight up doesn't work, which is sad as this would be so much better than keeping up with the actual token.

DefenderSoftToken does not work at all. I have had my work send me new authentification codes twice and I still cannot log in. I had no issues with an rsa key fob.

As others have said, this needs an Apple Watch app!!!!

Please hire a designer, even if it’s through something like 99designs and get a better icon. Also the UI is a bit dated. It renders really blurry on my iPhone 6plus, and text in the header title is covered by the “Select Token” back button. Make the actual numbers much bigger so I don’t have to squint — use the full width of the screen for example. Otherwise, thank you for the functionality and for ridding my keychain of another piece of bulk (the hard token).

App works fine but the interface is dated, and there's no way to remove an old or non-functional token. I have one working and one non-working token, and have to pick the working one when I launch DefenderSoftToken . If there was a way to remove the non-working token it would automatically run the working token saving me a step when I use it. Please add this to the next update.

Please make an easy to use Apple Watch app, so I don’t have to pull out my phone every time!

Works as expected. Apple Watch app needed.

Let's see an Apple Watch add-on.

Please add a simple copy function. Would be an easy revision.

I know this is a rather consumer like question, but could we get defender codes from our iwatch?
I find I use it for a lot since I got it and it just seems silly to pull out my phone to type in my two factor now.
Thanks

DefenderSoftToken allows ms to leave my quest hardware token in a drawer to collect dust. If you can get it to auto copy the passcode to the clipboard this would be a 5 star product.

Can you make a Apple Watch app? Would make my life a lot easier.

Thanks guys, not having to carry a hardware token is such a pleasure! Works perfectly and I really like the user interface.

If you’re having problems I suspect it’s your IT and not DefenderSoftToken. Works perfectly well for the task. Good luck to all who are dissatisfied.

Throw away your old bulky easily lost tokens! One less thing to carry with me, and it is free! Thank you Quest!!!

I have been using this on my iPhone for about a year now. Works great! I don’t have to remember ANOTHER password. Haven’t had an issue with it. I always refresh the first number and use the second one. Does it work on Apple Watch?
by Kyoia
Why did the newest update make the numbers tiny? I have an iPhone 8+ there’s no reason why the numbers should be this small you have the whole screen to work with!!!
