I subscribe to ustreme and pay £4.79, the last payment being on the 16th January. I have downloaded the new app and when I try to log in it tells me invalid email. Is there a problem with the app or do I need to re register. Kind regards

How to fix Ustream app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ustream app on iPhone
Update Ustream app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ustream iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ustream on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ustream network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ustream Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ustream not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ustream App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ustream » click [Force Stop]

Update Ustream to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ustream App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ustream » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ustream.

Fix Ustream unable to contact server/ Ustream internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ustream » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ustream » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ustream
