My father is experiencing an error message when he engages the El Mundo App on his tablet. This is relatively new as he had not seen such a message before; having used the app for months prior. The message reads as follows: ha ocurrido algo ahorra mismo no esta disponible el contendid al que intentas acceder, por favor, vuelve a intentarlo mas tarde. END OF MESSAGE this is a new message that he has never seen before. thank you Richard Hernandez
Common dislikes about EL PAÍS app
- The mobile platform experience needs improvement, particularly in making audiovisual content more prominent and making the app more interactive, appealing, and user-friendly.
- The app kicks the user's email out all the time, making it difficult to read news or download content.
- The app doesn't work on iPad or iPhone.
- The updates seem to be getting worse, with version 4.6.7 not opening at all and only showing a white page with El País at the foot of the page.
