- The app kicks the user's email out all the time, making it difficult to read news or download content.

- The app doesn't work on iPad or iPhone.

- The updates seem to be getting worse, with version 4.6.7 not opening at all and only showing a white page with El País at the foot of the page.

My father is experiencing an error message when he engages the El Mundo App on his tablet. This is relatively new as he had not seen such a message before; having used the app for months prior. The message reads as follows: ha ocurrido algo ahorra mismo no esta disponible el contendid al que intentas acceder, por favor, vuelve a intentarlo mas tarde. END OF MESSAGE this is a new message that he has never seen before. thank you Richard Hernandez

How to fix EL PAÍS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EL PAÍS app on iPhone
Update EL PAÍS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EL PAÍS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EL PAÍS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EL PAÍS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix EL PAÍS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EL PAÍS App
1. On android, goto Settings » EL PAÍS » click [Force Stop]

Update EL PAÍS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EL PAÍS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EL PAÍS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EL PAÍS.

Fix EL PAÍS unable to contact server/ EL PAÍS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EL PAÍS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EL PAÍS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
