Catch up not working

I listen to you in the USA like to listen to the catch-up but it seems to me that it it won’t let you download and it won’t let you play. Not sure what’s going on on the app even on desktop it won’t work
I have been listening you for years love your radio programs. Please let me know if it A glitch or the USA or international cannot listen to your catch-up programs on capital radio and other Global radio stations. Dan

Since updating to the global network the app isn’t working well. It will only play music if the app is open if i change apps or turn off the screen of my iPad the radio station turns off. Need an urgent fix.
