On the old version, could see which songs were played before and which would be coming up. No longer possible.
Also when you stop listening and go back within a day, it takes you back to the last time you used it.
Going back to listen to a particular segment (eg on Sternstunden) is cumbersome and does not always work.
Also annoyingly hooks up to my fitness device and drains its battery even when HitradioÖ3 is not running
Seit dem letzten update stuerzt es laufend ab. Ansonsten tolles app.
I preferred it much more when you could see what songs were coming up or which had just been played. I notice that I stop listening more often now, if there is a song that I don’t like that much. Before I would look what song is coming up and stayed on. Now I just switch to Pandora.
Dunno why, but I'm using wifi and it can't stream music for more than 10 seconds.
My wife and me listen to it everyday in CT, USA. We love it. P&M
I try to listen in regularly on Fridays from Minneapolis, Minnesota.
As an Austrian living in in the US I appreciate being able to listen to OE3 here in Houston, TX. The reason why there is no 5 star rating is that the feedback mechanism is a bit clumsy and I would have really wished for that if there is a feedback in HitradioÖ3 , one could engage in a limited 2 way communication. HitradioÖ3 is certainly on the right track.
It's a great way to stay connected with home while being away. The new version still stops playing music after 15 to 20 minutes, if that can be fixed it's perfect!!!
I tested on WiFi and sound is superb, nicely done interface with flash news intergration, look forward for future updates
