I appreciate how this company would create Weather Pro, being thorough with so much data, but the interface, while bright and professional, is cluttered and confusing even to an advanced user. In a sense, Weather Pro is just another weather app among many that I trustingly bought a subscription to thinking it would somehow provide the information I needed, but instead I find myself becoming impatient trying to navigate the features and missing the elegance of their discontinued app.

I do not know why MeteoGroup discontinued MeteoEarth, as it was exactly WeatherPro I needed and happily subscibed to. Perhaps it was too expensive, and I have not found a suitable replacement.

I cannot even count how many weather apps I have used over the years and I always come back here… The combination of user friendliness, comprehensive data, and most important unparalleled accuracy, at least for Europe, are the draw. My girlfriend refuses to use any app except the stock Apple at and we fight constantly over the forecast but although she would never admit it, most of the time I win!

This is a good weather app for the premium version. Personally, I still prefer the maps and overlay features (wind, rain snow, temps, etc) of MeteoEarth app. It would be nice to see if WeatherPro can use the mapping features of MeteoEarth, since that app is being retired and this app app is now the replacement. WeatherPro pulls satellite mapping features that any weather station can get and timing of watching the map is not as good as MeteoEarth. MeteoEarth has more features. I will continue using MeteoEarth app until it is finally retired and hopefully this app app can enhance some of the features mentioned above.

Have liked WeatherPro for years. Love the information and design. The graphs are excellent and allow clear views of the data. The main app is still very good but they have pretty much dropped updates for the Apple watch—it was an absolutely brilliant design that could have been a great widget, too, but now isn’t really functional—and now are going to drop MeteoEarth, the excellent companion to WeatherPro. Watching closely to see where this is headed and concerned about this favorite app.

Weather Pro is the one of the most accurate weather information available app I have known. It provides information on various locations around the world and local areas of even small island nations.

WeatherPro has almost every feature/information possible for weather around the world. iPhone and iPad interfaces are different but complementary. (The only reason for 4 as opposed to 5 stars is that radar information doesn't center screen on location but nation. So if you live in the south of Sweden, radar still centers on Stockholm, say, rather than your location, so all the rain south of Sweden doesn't show up...) Still, this is the very best weather app I've seen.

MateoEarth was one of those “best of the best” weather apps but it has been discontinued. I downloaded this app light which showed some promise, so I then paid the $.99 to get this app. I still can’t even see cloud layers on the map without forking more money out for a subscription. This just is not acceptable as WeatherPro is not even as good as your local tv weather apps. My $.99 is gone but you can save yours and yourself from some frustration and just download your local free TV weather apps and Yahoo weather or YoWindow. Very disappointed.

I own weather apps. Lots of weather apps. Weather Pro is the most accurate, most information-rich app currently available (as of late 2017).
I especially like the iPad graphical weather condition breakdowns.
Once you start using it you'll see why I give it five stars.

I have been using MeteoEarth for years (same developers) and it’s absolutely amazing, and paying for all features was a joy. Now they have discontinued it and it has stopped working, and they have replaced it with this one, Weather Pro. Rarely have I been so disappointed. Now the map projections are skewed for northern latitudes, and there is no way to get the wind intensity animation. I regret purchasing this, and will be looking elsewhere.

WeatherPro is more accurate than any other I tried! I am impressed at how this specific app can be just that much more correct than any other I used! Now I solely rely on this forecast and have not been let down!

Amazing app, using it for years, now with subscription. It would do even better if it would show sea tides. And it would be a complete Swiss Army Knife if it would show moonrises and moonsets :).

The satisfaction is there but it could be more updated, modernized the surface of WeatherPro . My suggestion is to create an option where individuals can be alerted for the needs. I would appreciate the humidity alert and the uv with weather changes alerts.

When I travel great distances. Why can’t I enter the cities along my route You keep including cities I don’t want. Or when I get first leg down and then I enter the next city and you erase everything and put places in I have no intention of going I want to use WeatherPro to avoid storms on my travels like I did for years on Metro Earth. At this point I am concerned for my safety because of the functionality you took away. Please help

Over the years I have been using different apps and since I started using this app this is the best by far. Even when riding on the motorcycles you can rely on this weather forecast and choose your riding hours very precisely.

Best meteo app, but please, especially now that you’re retiring MeteoEarth (which was aaaaamazinc), please improve the cartography in the map tab, it’s pretty hard to read atm.

This is a beautiful app with all the features I wanted. However, the Apple Watch complication only displays the temperature in Celsius for me and I need Fahrenheit. I can’t find anyway to change it and have therefore had to switch to another app.

If you want accurate detailed complete weather data WeatherPro excels and does so with an intuitive user-friendly interface.

I live in the Bavarian Alps where the weather changes often ..... WeatherPro allowed me to pick a reliable time slot to get outside between the rain drops!

The UI is the best out there: clean & intuitive design, very nice. Quite some flexibility in terms of customization.
The forecast accuracy of our local weather is decent, but not worse than the other apps I am using for reference purposes.

It says that last update was two years ago. Are you going to update WeatherPro in the nearest future?

I’m a pilot on Long haul flights, i.e. fly all over the world & accurate weather forecasts is important to my daily life style. I depend on WeatherPro. It has never failed me. All the info that you need with good forecasts & nice layout.

I love WeatherPro ! It’s quite simple and not too cluttered. In the locations there’s the globe. When I tap on it it opens up, but when I try to use the pin, WeatherPro crashes. This is great weather app though

Works fine. Has a lot of options. Could be better if it displayed temperature in C and F at the same time. Other than that it’s really great.
