Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Terra app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Terra app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Terra app on iPhone
Update Terra app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Terra iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Terra on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Terra network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Terra not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Terra app issues:

Force Stop the Terra App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Terra app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Terra to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Terra App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Terra app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Terra.

Fix Terra unable to contact server/ Terra internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Terra » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Terra » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Terra on android.
