The App freezes 15-20 minutes into a podcast

My newsfeed on my IPad won’t open any Iheart newsfeed when I click onto it

While listening to live radio news talk, iHeart starts playing same song for no reason. I have to close app and get news started again. Very annoying.

My app keeps giving me “oops something went wrong” it has been over a month now and can’t seem to fix. I mostly listen to WRKO talk radio and podcasts they download but nothing plays including live shows .

Hi. After installing the Samsung A54 "update", Iheart, is so garbled that I have to use my old phone to listen. I read somewhere that after the update, you have to upgrade your headset to the 5.3 headsets. I havent bought a new headset yet because it works just fine for phone calls. I have uninstalled app, reinstalled, cleared cachce. So, to me, it sounds like the problem is on ihearts end. Any information would be very helpful. Thanks

Just started not working when away from wifi. Always worked before. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

My Iheart app suddenly stopped working saying it had no internet connection. Internet was working fine on phone for all other apps. Open and closed the app, wouldn’t go further than red screen. Rebooted, same. Deleted app and reinstalled it opened sign in screen, entered information , got “loading” then nothing. Tried Google sign in, nope. Tried new account, secondary email entered, (confirmed correct) but for response of not being a proper email address. Still works fine on my iPad. How can I fix this? Thanks

I heart radio app will not launch. It just closes out immediately after trying to open. No updates, deleting and reinstalling or shutting phone off has worked

I can no longer launch iheart on my iphone SE. when I tap the App, it won’t open! I shut my phone off, rebooted, same issue. I went to the App Store, but iHeart is current, doesn’t need an update, it just says “open”. When I click on the “open” option, same problem! The App won’t open. The app worked when I first got this phone. The app works on my wife’s phone. Same model, the SE. No issues for her Thank you,

I am not seeing the latest versions of several different podcasts.

IHeart radio app won’t open on my iPhone. Tried rebooting, tried going to the App Store, none of the usual fixes solve this issue.

My iPhone is connected to Bluetooth speaker . It will play spotify and utube so it is connecting but when playing iheart radio there is no sound. The sound will work through phone but when connected to speaker via Bluetooth it says connected and playing but no sound. This only happens with iheart .....spotify and YouTube work fine. I have uninstaller and reinstalled etc etc Any suggestions muchly appreciated.

I use the iHeart Radio app daily to listen to my radio shows & podcasts. I updated my iPhone last night & now today, when I tap the App, it won’t open! I shut my phone off, rebooted, same issue. Radio works fine, cannot get podcasts to work, always get an error mssg

when I open IHeart it keeps clocking and will not start.

Using iHeart on iPhone 8, and when I open it, the app immediately closes. It still shows up like it’s running in the background but when selected again, the window just closes after a second. I have restarted the phone, updated the app, and reinstalled the app. Still doing it 🤷🏼‍♀️

Cant get rid of old podcasts, and new podcasts wont download.

IHeart app crashes on Apple TV every time I switch to a new station.

I have moods for certain music, so categorizing playlists for to those moods is useless if you randomly play from playlists anyway without our choice. That's fucked up. I want to play sea shanty music not Eminem Rihanna ect. That defeats the purpose of categories. Sometimes it's nice to randomly play, but not when your trying to practice with sea shanty music. Why can't I listen to one album, right through, why does iHeartRadio not care about customer choice? That sucks

On iPhone 12... After turning phone off/on every day, I have to log into iHeart app. After completing login, a blank page comes up. No login at all.

Podcast keep starting over when coming off an auto pause when reconnecting to car radio when car staryed. Also when a call is answered over Bluetooth

The app works for a while and then crashes. I am using a Samsung Note20 5g 20.
