Re installed de app several times, still will not open. I have to set my phone out and restart it before the app reopens. I never had that difficulty until recently. Have done all updates.

On my android the I go to sign in, it then says I am already logged in and I click the button continue with same account. It takes me right back to the opening video and create account page. I try the other methods of sending me a log in link, which I do all that it asks and it takes me back to the same opening video and create account page. I'm going around in circles. I have reinstalled the app, cleared the app cache, and I just go around in circles. I have the app on my iPad and do the same thing and it works I just fine. This problem started today The app was working fine 2 days ago.

How to fix Vogue app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Vogue app on iPhone
Update Vogue app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vogue iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Vogue on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Vogue network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Vogue not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Vogue App
1. On android, goto Settings » Vogue » click [Force Stop]

Update Vogue to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vogue App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Vogue » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Vogue.

Fix Vogue unable to contact server/ Vogue internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Vogue » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Vogue » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vogue
