In alerts the app triples the numbers; ie: instead of 3 alerts it says 300?! Help!

To resolve Trulia Real Estate & Rentals network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Trulia Real Estate & Rentals App
1. On android, goto Settings » Trulia Real Estate & Rentals » click [Force Stop]

Clear Trulia Real Estate & Rentals App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Trulia Real Estate & Rentals » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Trulia Real Estate & Rentals.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Trulia Real Estate & Rentals » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Trulia Real Estate & Rentals » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
