Unable to Login. Keep getting Network Error Message when I attempt to do so. Have you shut down your network and that's why I can't login? If so, please let me know. I have several thousand coins still available and would either like to use them or get them refunded or get my last monthly payment refunded, IF you have shut down the network.

HI, I have been having issues with logging into my account for the last 4 days now and I have over 2000 coins in my account as well as a monthly subscription. I cannot reset my password nor can I even log in as a guest getting the "network issue" alert. I use this app multiple times a day to create my art. AI Fun creates most incredible images better than all the other AI generator apps. Who do I need to contact to get this issue resolved? Joe

How to fix AI Fun app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AI Fun app on iPhone
Update AI Fun app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AI Fun iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AI Fun on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AI Fun network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AI Fun Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AI Fun not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AI Fun App
1. On android, goto Settings » AI Fun » click [Force Stop]

Update AI Fun to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AI Fun App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AI Fun » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AI Fun.

Fix AI Fun unable to contact server/ AI Fun internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AI Fun » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AI Fun » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AI Fun
