what’s the point of a voting app that you can’t vote on? it was inaccessible for the entirety of inkigayo live voting. either get better servers or don’t host live voting at all, you clearly can’t handle the traffic. i wasted my time and money!

The sign up requires you to enter your phone number, but when you try to get an SMS to verify your number it gives an error message so there is no way to sign up. Pretty much a useless app because of this.

Higher하이어 is still not verifying phone numbers so there is no way to use it to vote. Useless at the exact time I need it.

You need to add the + to the number keyboard. If you’re going to require people to include this symbol in their phone number for verification to sign up, it needs to be included as an option on the keyboard

I kindly would like to request to delete Higher하이어 ever if you are not able to make a qualified app for people to vote real-time voting. Higher하이어 is absolutely useless and unqualified to be a voting app. I feel like you guys do not respect not only users but also artists and their fans. Please be RESPONSIBLE!!

I try everything to create the account and whenever I put a password it won't let me put it on and I put many different passwords short long and nothing

Said my phone number did "match the provided country." I then had to copy and paste the country code from google for it to work. Didn't even send my phone the code.

when I try to create an account everything is fine, until i get to the phone number section. when I put my phone number and try sending the verification code, it doesn’t send anything at all. this has been an ongoing issue since it was released.

Can’t create a new account because the code would not send, if you fix this, you get better ratings.

Your app doesn’t send code to verify especially to global fans. There is SBS Inkigayo Voting coming in few days and we can’t even make accoutns yet. Pls fix this problem RIGHT NOW or I dare say Higher하이어 is the most irresponsible annoying kpop app ever! Learn from Mubeat, FanPlus how they function! What a none sense you launched an App for global kpop fans which doesn’t also work for global kpop fans.

I really like Higher하이어 , but I don’t like how you can only choose 5 artists. I want to be able to keep up with so many more, but 5 is the limit!

I enjoy Higher하이어 more over then FREEVOTE but for the diamond charge there should be a option to get them free because I can’t pay for the buying option I would like to be able to vote for my group I’m a fan of but that’s impossible if it’s not in my favor.
