Site is incredibly slow and never sends emails properly

I got into gamersupps around when they first started up. It was great the site worked fine. Later on the app was announced and it was a little wonky at first with some bugs such as misplaced art(no biggie).
But ever since the middle of this year this app has been horrendous on loading up. I have good internet and I’ve had other sites work just fine.
It takes around 10-15 minutes for the app to properly open fully and if I go to select a flavor to view the information it takes 3-4 minutes just to load that.
When they released the app they said we would get notifications earlier if we had the app. Every time since then it didn’t send me the emails until 1-2 hours after it’s had a normal release. By then the deals for a free cup/new flavors are gone.
I love the product but this situation has lead me to just drop the product entirely. Especially on days where even the main website will not function.
Love gamer supps but hate the app

So at first, I was going to leave a five star review, but this is the second time it’s happened to me where there was a promotion going on and I tried to do it through the app and the app would add the items to my cart but when I went to check out, it would remove them and now it removed a ton of stuff from my cart, but I can’t get anymore because it was promotional only.

I have nothing but praise for the taste and energy I get from these drinks. The only two downsides. Is the various flavors I want to try are usually out of stock and I am not buying caffeine free or 60 serving containers for five dollars less than the container with 40! More servings. Whoever did the math on that needs their head examined. And then lastly is trying to checkout. I try to use the app which never remembers my account. Then when I select the “already have an account login here”. To which it opens a website… recommends I use the freakin app… and clears my Cart, every single time. They are lucky I have no other options for cheap and “healthish” energy drinks. Hands down the best tasting drinks with the caveat of a bad buying process.
