Site is incredibly slow and never sends emails properly
I got into gamersupps around when they first started up. It was great the site worked fine. Later on the app was announced and it was a little wonky at first with some bugs such as misplaced art(no biggie). But ever since the middle of this year this app has been horrendous on loading up. I have good internet and I’ve had other sites work just fine. It takes around 10-15 minutes for the app to properly open fully and if I go to select a flavor to view the information it takes 3-4 minutes just to load that. When they released the app they said we would get notifications earlier if we had the app. Every time since then it didn’t send me the emails until 1-2 hours after it’s had a normal release. By then the deals for a free cup/new flavors are gone. I love the product but this situation has lead me to just drop the product entirely. Especially on days where even the main website will not function.
