Started using it yesterday

It works great and looks great. The primary reason of only 3 stars is that it would works better for my flow if the tasks and linked can work interchangeably. I add task as event in my external calendar but am not able to add subtask or make any subtask for it. Similarly, if I add a task event on SupaTask, it won't create a same event on my calendar. Its very frustrating that I have do everything twice on each to make the most of both. i think I may quit using this if this is not improved in near future.

Great app with a lot of potentials!

I have found Prosper effective for my needs and usage! Love the minimal, non-distracting design, the ability to add the emojis, and everything seems to work well overall. Some ideas for future improvement (so that it can compete with other similar planner apps) are:

1/ Adding Calendars is a little confusing if you have more than one calendar account, i.e. I have 4 calendar accounts and cannot identify which calendar belongs to which account (currently having 3 birthdays calendars and don't know which one is which). Would love to see a similar UX/UI to the iOS's Calendar settings.

2/ On the main page, when tapping the calendar icon, I would love to see a "dot" to identify days that already have scheduled plans, similar UI to the iOS's calendar app.

3/ Integrating AI planner, or virtual assistant (Alexa, Google Home, etc.) to schedule or add a task since I personally find manually adding tasks quite daunting.

4/ Minor nit-picking, but I think some motivational, friendly content would be nice. For examples, "No tasks scheduled for the selected date" could be "No tasks scheduled for the selected date. Would you like to add a task?". Or when there are free time between tasks, instead of "X free time. Schedule a task", it could be soften up to "X free time. Would you like to schedule a task?" or similar.

In the end, this is a great start and I can't wait to see more!

Really 3.5 stars - has potential

I did the free trial of prime for this and it was decent, and I think could be great - there are a couple of problems & features I’d like to see to get it to great. (Without the prime, though, it’s really not useful at all.) And customer service needs work, too.

As another review mentioned, it deletes *all* recurring tasks if you try to delete it for one day. That is a big problem that the developer needs to fix.

Another feature that I’d love to see is some sort of lists for the Inbox so that I can categorize tasks that haven’t been assigned yet, especially ones that can be color coded. Having to change the color of each task is fiddly and time consuming. But having tasks color coded makes this much more visually appealing. If I could have a “work” list where all tasks were automatically one color and a “school” one with another color, it would be much easier.

I had a little trouble with the calendar import at first, where a Google calendar that imports into my iPhone calendar wasn’t showing up. And now one recurring event is showing up twice, which is annoying. I contacted the developer through the only way I could find about the first one and got no response. I finally fixed the first problem by unlinking and relinking that calendar. I haven’t tried that with the second as I’m not on prime anymore. I’m still debating if I will do it, probably depends on if the developer is actually responsive.

Helpful!

I’ve only had it a couple days but so far I like it a lot! Only comments I have are 1) if you schedule something overnight it doesn’t carry over to the next day 2) the days go from midnight to midnight so I had to schedule my asleep time for accuracy 3) the only way to make something show up recurrent bi-weekly is to do 2 monthly tasks and schedule them 2 weeks apart in a stagger.

3rd party sign-in?! Why?!

This forced me to set up my account using my Apple or Google login. I hate 3rd party sign-in. I did it anyway but I’m resenting it and that’s probably going to effect how I use this, if at all.

On the plus side, I won’t be forced into renting the darned thing because I can buy “lifetime”*, for whatever that’s worth.

* I’m cynical about these Lifetime Access offers because we all know tech changes constantly and both Apple & developers stop supporting devices and updating apps. Just how long is “lifetime”? The obvious. answer? It’s for the lifetime of SupaTask . If a compamy wants to bring in more money all they need to do is release a “new” (but identical) app and stop supporting the old.

Awesome app!

Downloaded SupaTask awhile ago but never really got into it until now. I love it and can’t wait for the new year to start and actually complete a new years resolutio…finally. Thanks and looking forward to new updates!!

Great

Love it! Everything is perfect. The only thing that would make me love it more is maybe a month preview where you can see all events

Better than other to do lists

I've only had Prosper for a few days but I'm already finding it better than any other to do list app/program I've tried.

ADHD just became more managable

You know how they say that Neurodivergents have to keep looking for tool that works for them?

Well, I can look no further. SupaTask does two things that I desperately need: it pushes all of my calendar dates into nice-looking interface AND it shows me the pockets of time that are available in BETWEEN my already scheduled appointments.
This is critical for me. I’m new to THE GTD Method by David Allen so being aware of ‘pockets of time’ to accomplish tasks has been on my radar for the past 6 to 8 months. SupaTask is going to allow me to supercharge my goal of becoming more productive by using a tool that’s already in bedded in my device to help me use my time more effectively. five stars!

Flexible & Useful

I love having the unplanned list and being able to rearrange my day. Really helpful for when I have many little things that must be done in order/at particular times.

One feature request (and I don’t know how possible it is!) would be to be able to move a bunch of tasks later in the day at once. For example: my day was supposed to start at 9:30a, but I didn’t get started until 10:15a - I’d love to be able to push everything back at once. Now, as I try, it’s hard to precisely move them without creating overlapping events, which messes up the timing.

But that is a small obstacle for me, mainly because I procrastinate! Other than that, it is easy to use and helpful!

Thanks devs!

Beautifully designed planner app

I received SupaTask for free from the developer on Reddit, but I gotta say, it fills my need for a planner so well! I was hesitating on all these other planner apps, but this one fits with my idea of a useful planner.

I like how you can make the to do list without scheduling a time yet, and it pushes older tasks down so you don’t keep gettin reminded of that thing you haven’t gotten around to doing yet.

When I do find a time to schedule my todo list, it’s really easy to move the item around on the calendar.

Also SupaTask is just really nice to look at. I recommend it!

New User

I started using SupaTask this week. It really has helped me be more productive. Much better than laptop based colanders because it’s visible and handy on the phone. With notifications going to my Apple Watch it’s just plainly a good tool.

Prefer this tool over all other competitor apps

Love the look (one task color transitioning into the next tasks color!🤌🏻), which doesn’t sacrifice the linear simplicity and tangle up my thought-ridden, neurodivergent brain. I’m picky about what apps I’ll use and can be hot and cold with organizational systems, but this one keeps my to-do in order in a way I can mentally process, consistently.

This app has huge potential

Looking at the update history SupaTask is very young and this is so far the only reason I hesitate a bit to purchase the Lifetime version as many Apps are popping up and then are abandoned by the Dev - but most likely I’ll buy it nevertheless because I love when calendar/task/habit apps do have a timeline and I want to support the further development. How they have designed the timeline here is genius imo! There are still a few things to be desired - I would love to see an accompanying Watch App and that completed items in the timeline are more clearly marked as this (better visible striked out and maybe much darker displayed than active ones). Anyway: there is hope that there will come new features over time as SupaTask is still very young.

First Impressions

I must say, this is one of the best apps I have ever downloaded! The timeline feature is something I have never seen in ANY other productivity app! I also love the simplicity and elegance and ease of use for SupaTask . Overall, 9/10. Highly recommended!

To the developers: Thanks for making such a great app! I only want to say that if you can add a feature where you can pick specific days for specific tasks. Then it would be even better! Amazing app though!!

Game Changer

I downloaded SupaTask because just like many others, I wanted to start 2024 on a good note. I like how this can be as simple or complex as someone wants to make it. The layout is simple and I have been using it for the calendar and task function. Very great app.

Week start is always on Monday

Firstly this is a great app with beautiful design. But I’m here to feed a bug back. That’s as the title said, even I selected Sunday in settings . I believe it’s a new bug, because its previous versions worked well as I recalled.
At last, still 5 stars!

Made a phone call I’ve put off for a year

Okay, so I know it’s not solely because of SupaTask , but having the visual that the phone call is only a 15 minute slot, made something click in my brain and it was suddenly do-able. So far SupaTask has been simple enough for easy use, but has all the features I need.

Fantastic productivity app

Easy to add tasks, set recurring events, and get notifications. Simple interface but has more features than any other apps of its kind!

ADHD

After being diagnosed late-in-life with ADHD, I’ve been trying really hard to find a way to better organize my life. I love the simplicity of this apps design.

TELL YOUR ADHD FRIENDS, EASY TO USE

My ADHD makes keeping a schedule nearly impossible. Remembering appointments? Nope, not gonna happen in this neurodivergent brain. And I’m sure not gonna break out one of the half-dozen empty planners I’ve got on the shelf, put two things into it, and then abandon it in two days…again.

Use SupaTask instead. It’s on your phone that I know you, dear reader, never forget at home. It notifies you based on your preferences. It is EASY to use, making the “barrier of entry” that ADHD people suffer from (executive dysfunction) much, much lower. If it works as well for you as it does for me, please consider tossing some money this wonderful app designer’s way.

Super Helpful for ADHD

SupaTask has really helped organize all the tasks i try to fit in throughout the day & couldn't get myself to properly schedule. Being able to see the gaps between my schedule & when i can do things has really helped boost my productivity. I would highly recommend!!!!

10/10 app with a 10/10 developer

I have ADHD. I’ve been trying to chase down an app that I can consistently use and not give up two days in - so far I’ve been using SupaTask for about a week and seem myself continuing to do so and even upgraded to Premium. I feel like I finally have a tool to help me get my life back on track with time management.

I know there’s a lot of similar apps out there but when you use this one you’ll know why you’ll stick around too - ease of use and super gorgeous interface.

Thank you truly

I don’t usually write reviews but wow

Listen… I’m not one to write reviews but SupaTask just has brought me at a lost for words. I’ve tried so hard journaling things that I’ve done to keep track of what I’ve done throughout the day and SupaTask never fails me. LOVE LOVE IT!!!! Now i can keep tabs and my goals for the week in life and at work and accomplish them in a timely manner, thank you 3000 for this to the creators and i will be recommending to honestly everyone i know. CHEERS 🤍🤍🤍

Perfect app to help keep my schedule on track

Like most people I have a lot going on these days. I work a couple in person jobs and juggle an array of other side hustles to pay the bills. I need something to help keep track of what I’m doing and manage constant changes. SupaTask is perfect for it. Super simple and easy to use, and no added filler. Great app for someone who doesn’t want to complicate things any further.

Simple Scheduling

Very barebones interface. I like that unscheduled tasks can be easily slotted into a day’s plan. Integrating my account calendars to SupaTask is great, but…

I’d love for the program to work both ways- letting me place the events set up on SupaTask to go onto my accounts. I’d like for this to be my main hub; however, I only ever use my calendar app for work meetings, so it’s not a feature I need or will encounter the lack of much

Works great, but sync issues

Love SupaTask. It’s amazing for keeping track of my tasks and it’s not too complicated, runs smoothly. However it’s a bit unfortunate that it’s only compatible on Macs with an Apple chip, because now I can only run it on my phone and need a separate app for my laptop with an Intel processor. Other than that it’s great

I am a fan!

As a Gen-Xer with some serious neurological divergence issues, task reminder apps don’t really work for me. Either there are too many steps or not enough to actually allow for follow through. Prosper is clean aesthetically and allows for repeat and completing tasks. Three things that are key particularly for me. I really appreciate SupaTask .

Useful app for anybody with ADHD or a busy life

I have a hard time keeping up with daily tasks and getting things done on time due to my ADHD. SupaTask has been making my life easier by reminding me of bills that are due, appointments that are coming up and obligations I have made.

Truly remarkable

Prosper is a very organized app that helped me organize all the tasks in my life! I can’t get over the benefits of the prime version and it is very simple/straightforward to use

finally a daily planner I might actually stick to using

SupaTask is incredibly intuitive and highly customizable. you can also sync your calendars which is huge for me. I’m looking forward to using it more

This app is great

I am truly impressed by the intuitive, sleek, and easy-to-use design of this tool. It goes beyond being just a simple to-do list and serves as an effective routine planner. It has truly transformed the way I utilize my phone, turning it from a mere distraction into a valuable asset.

Great app that actually helps

SupaTask itself is super user friendly and easy to understand. It helps. I’m so disorganized and I double book myself and forget things til the last minute often. SupaTask is such a great help.

Super helpful!

I’m a list maker, so SupaTask seamlessly takes me from pen and paper to digital….the best part: it tells me how much time is remaining between tasks, and I feel like I have more hours in my day for leisure and rest!

Definitely giving this a try

I’ve only had SupaTask a few minutes, but I can already tell it’s going to be easy to use.

Game-Changing

I was just thinking how useful this kind of app would be in my life. Notifications and alarms for certain tasks on certain days, in particular. Thank you!

Amazing and Simple Interface

Thank you so much for making SupaTask, it’s already been helping as an aide in keeping up with myself

Great Calendar/Productivity Tool

I’ve tried countless calendar apps with bells and whistles to help me plan and increase productivity. For me, that was to much and I needed a simple, clean, and clear design which is what SupaTask has. Being able to import my calendar was extremely helpful as well. Highly recommend to give it a try.
