This app is horrible. First, the documentation is extremely poorly written. Set up is difficult at best. The worst part is that after setting up and connecting to the required hub, the devices connect for a few hours and then gradually lose connection. The dealer and the tech reps at Norman shades have tried unsuccessfully to make it work. Hours have been wasted.

I recently started using the ShadeAuto app for my motorized Norman cellular shades and couldn’t be happier. The app is incredibly easy to use. With just a few taps, I can open and close my shades, set schedules for different times of the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience.
