FSaveVideoStoryReelSaver does not save the video to your phone as advertised, all it does is save a link to it on FSaveVideoStoryReelSaver .
For couple months it worked good but lately it is erroneous doesn’t download anymore from FB
Purchased the yearly subscription because it offered the feature to save to your library, absolutely nothing changed.
Prior to purchasing FSaveVideoStoryReelSaver , I used the one free download and the reel saved to my photos on my iPhone. After I purchased FSaveVideoStoryReelSaver , I can download the reel to FSaveVideoStoryReelSaver , but it will not save to the iPhone.
It doesn’t save anything. It just saves the link to take you to exactly where you already have it posted. It does not save the raw video like the other saver apps do.
App worked great for a month then kept receiving error messages. No response from help desk. I filed dispute and received full refund from App Store
Was great for about a month after payment and now I cannot save anything. Error message pops up every time. “Contact for help” email won’t send in app. No response yet after asking for help.
FSaveVideoStoryReelSaver worked great for 2 days then I kept getting this message
ERROR TRY AGAIN LATER. I sent a help email to the help center with no response. Waited until next day and same message. This is a paid app and you’d think it would work. I’m unable to save anything. I deleted FSaveVideoStoryReelSaver and reinstalled it but still getting same message. After 2 emails sent and no response I deleted it and cancelled my subscription
