Great at first. Now Disappointing

2023-12-14

When I signed up for the free trial, I really enjoyed LazyFit . I would do my daily workout on my “plan” and then found several favorites that I would add after. There aren’t many options, maybe 5 per category, which I thought was just because I was on the free trial still. Then the trial ended, I was charged, and now all of the exercises include more stretching then anything else, including the weight loss ones. I do not feel like I get a good workout at all, and the amount of workouts I am able to access didn’t expand at all. If I could cancel and get my money back, I would in a heartbeat.

Total rip off!

2023-10-07

Not only is this not customized, it is dangerous. In the survey I said I had knee and back issues and it had me doing lunges and very stressful exercises that would have caused serious injury. Not only that but I can’t find any customer service number or way to cancel my 1 year membership that I didn’t sign up for that they charged me for.

So Disappointed

2024-04-13

I subscribed to your site and stated in my original sign up that I was bone on bone in both knees. I requested chair exercises. My first exercise required me to get down on my knees and nothing about chair exercises. I wrote to you guys twice asking to fix this for me. You had no problem taking my year membership payment but have never corrected the excessive program. I received 2 responses from you stating that you would look into my program and correct it for me. NEVER EVER have you fixed this for me or gotten back to me. I am so disappointed in this site. Thank you for nothing.

Inaccessibility with Voiceover

2024-04-13

I am a blind user and use Voiceover screen reader on my iPhone 12. I work with people who have a variety of medical conditions and was hoping to learn exercises that would help me and them. Unfortunately, I had to turn Voiceover off to set height, weight and target weight. It was very difficult and I don't know if I every got it right. When I got to the body type, nothing read. It also didn't read target body type.

I hope you will look at Apple's accessibility standards and make LazyFit work for everyone, regardless of disability.

Was great but turned into a yoga app

2023-12-17

I loved the exercises and paid for a year subscription and kept up with it for over a month but recently and suddenly the exercises that were there before like the 28-Day Beach Body Challenge completely changed from a workout routine to a yoga one. I wish these were new plans without changing the existing ones that I was already following along before. Now I’m stuck with not having a workout routine from LazyFit and shouldn’t have paid for a whole year…

HELP

2024-05-23

I did not realize that we have to pay. It seems like monthly dues/payments in order to use LazyFit. I would like you to please help me completely delete LazyFit and not get charged. I just got it went through all the steps and ended up at your page where I’m supposed to pay for instructions. Please get back with me ASAP. Thank you.

Doesn’t take injuries into consideration

2024-08-01

My right knee is bone on bone and painful without a brace and my bone scan says that I have osteoporosis and scoliosis now at age 61 so lots of back pain and the workouts that they have are for people without injuries I think and under age 40 so I canceled subscription. If you’re younger, or have no injuries and no pain on a daily basis, this might work for you.

Good app some issues

2024-04-13

I like LazyFit , I doubt I’ll ever pay for it. The game aspect of it isn’t there at all as it claims. I do like the short workouts to get me motivated but they claim they will burn 300 calories and there is just no way, I burn maybe 20-30.

Slightly disappointed

2024-08-25

Great for those who simply lie around doing nothing at all; these workouts may be slightly challenging & helpful; however, for those with medical conditions who routinely do physical therapy, or who participate in senior movement sessions, these minute routines are not uncommon or anything special.
On my second day I did a cardio pulmonary session & it was very similar to that you’d do with a PT or cardio nurse technician.
Worth what they propose to charge, but the program is not free as advertised, & is also paired with dietary recommendations.
If looking to gain body sculpting & loose weight, this may not be your best bet. If merely want to strengthen, improve movement & balance, & maintain overall health a very worthwhile program with many variations available.

Suddenly I’m back to 3 minute routines

2024-01-12

I picked a chair exercise plan. It is more stretching than anything else. But I thought it would get to be more exercise as the days went by. Today I did the 20th day of my plan for chair exercises. But when I went into LazyFit , it came up as day 1 of a mat exercise plan. I went in and changed back to chair exercises, hoping I’d get back to where I was. In order to move leave this screen, I had to agree to change the days from my old plan (mat exercises, which I never did) to day one of my “new” plan. Nevertheless, LazyFit then took me to day 20 of the the chair exercises plan I have been following. But when I finished, LazyFit set me up for day 2 for tomorrow’s plan and I am back to a 3 minute exercise routine. I don’t feel LazyFit is improving my overall fitness and I wish I could get my money back. The 7 day trial is worthless and doesn’t really let you know how LazyFit works…although after 20 days, I’m not sure how LazyFit works as I didn’t choose mat exercises.

Buyer’s remorse

2024-10-12

I recently decided to try to get back into shape after an extended period of well, laziness. I originally picked LazyFit because they featured Chair Yoga, which I thought would be a good start without going overboard. LazyFit ONLY reads and writes steps. If you are tracking your exercise minutes and calories you will have to enter it manually after every routine. I actually reached out to their team about 2 months ago to see if they would be addressing this issue, was told yes, still hasn’t been updated. The routines themselves are ok, but the verbal descriptions are the worst I’ve ever heard, often even contradicting the actions of the model. The metrics given for each routine are way off, 6 minutes of light chair yoga does not equal 60+ calories burned. There are much better, more versatile, more COMPLETE apps out there. Do your research, especially with the prices LazyFit charges.

I wish we could get a full workout free

2024-06-27

I’ve been using lazy fit for 7 days now and extremely impressed with the results but I am doing it for free and I was in the middle of a 28 day personalized workout and when I got to day 8 it was locked and it wanted me to get premium. Why would you let us do a quarter of a workout for free then have to pay for the other half? I’m still going to use it but if I repeat the first 7 days over and over again it will get easier and my body won’t have a challenge so I won’t be able to accomplish my goal. So I hope that you add an update where we can finish our plan and then we can pay.

LazyFit

2024-06-24

I just started these workouts. Before you start you let them know about your current body fitness level. I explained that I was pretty fit but the exercises are extremely short. I continued to do them throughout the “rest” periods, then did the entire workout again (still working during rests). I wish they would have started me at a more appropriate level of exercises.
Is it possible to switch to the justfit app? I don’t want to lose my money since I just started this less than a month ago.

Good but

2025-02-06

Good but it has issues with workouts being all over the place. So youre literally working out on the wall, then having to move to the floor, then quickly move back to the wall, then standing etc. Its hard to keep moving around and interrupts the workout.

The workout for Lisa.

2024-02-01

I took on this workout a couple of days ago and before starting we put the rest of our Christmas stuff up in the attic which is up a thin staircase in our garage, and I fell hurting my back and my buttocks, nothing broken, but severely black and blue so it’s very hard for me to do these exercises to try for the week that I have it for the free trial so we’ll see I am trying though! 😊

So far so good

2025-04-08

I just started my 7 day free trial. Restarting working out after not for so many years, set myself as beginner for weight loss & tone. Easy to do, only sometimes it’s a little difficult to know if I’m doing to movement right as the only angle it shows the guide is from the front.

Lazy fit

2025-04-30

It’s a great app for beginners and it really helps you push yourself to do more than what you thought you could do it helped me stay consistent and I really hope that they make better plans for those who won’t pay for the membership

Lazy fit wall and bed yoga

2025-05-31

I started this program off strong, but at just day 7 am already barely pushing through. My jeans can tell, though, because they are already looser. Don’t love that we need resistance bands for some of the exercises, and I wasn’t aware of that before starting. Overall a good program that’s quick and easy to maintain for busy people.

Very efficient workout

2025-08-05

It’s a really good workout app that actually helps you work on your muscle core rather than just sweating it off even though you’re sweating but it’s actually working. I will say the only drawback is having to pay for it even though it’s a little bit expensive.

So far so good

2025-08-12

I struggle with finding the energy to workout often. But I’m on day 8 of my program and so far I’m doing great! I haven’t gotten the thing that says I can’t continue with my program unless I pay for it yet, but at this point I don’t think I will! Definitely a great app and would recommend! (So far)

Your doing great but…

2024-02-10

Ok so I don’t have a lot of money to spend partly because I’m 13 and I don’t come from a family with a lot of money to spend “on useless stuff” but I would like more options because I can’t pay but otherwise it’s a great app!! I’m really insecure 😞 even though I’m skinny I don’t feel it. It’s making me feel more confident and I’m so glad 😊

Day #1 best workout!

2025-06-23

I just downloaded the this app app and I just finished my first workout it was the best workout seriously I burned 23 calories and I feel so confident and energetic I’m loving LazyFit already! I definitely think you should download 10/10

Losing Weight and Feeling Stronger

2024-09-12

I am not a young user—I started last December with chair exercises and have progressed to Bed or Mat. I’ve lost 13 pounds. I’ve been trying to eat sensibly but I haven’t dieted. The routine is short enough that I don’t mind doing it and it makes me more conscious of moving more the rest of the day. I’ll be 80 next spring and I plan to keep exercising and moving as long as possible!
The only thing I’d like better is more variety in the exercises. I feel like I’m doing basically the same routine every month. Maybe I should try another category.

Good

2025-08-25

It’s a good app with decent workouts. I preferred it before they added in new workouts/stretches and took away other exercises I liked better.

Helpful, yet..

2024-09-17

This is helpful, however I do take issue with the name. I work hard in most areas, not always as hard as I should, but I have never thought of myself as”lazy”. Not really a motivation to see that word on your workout, so I wouldn’t stay past the trial. Otherwise I may well continue.

* I did get a response to my review and appreciate the words very much. I do understand your prospective and why. I do. I think “lazy” may resonate well with younger members and even some who couldn’t care less either way. When you have worked long years and are ready to chill, “lazy” begins to lose that abstract quality and slides back a little to the concrete. Sleeping til noon 2-3 days a week, leaving the dishes til the next morning, jeans and sweatshirts. Just feeling your own kind of lazy. No prospective, just floating in the water with a cool breeze. And I don’t always see even that as lazy. Just no guilt, well deserved! No worries. I don’t believe anyone meant to offend at all. Lazy just isn’t in my vocabulary now, but I understand. 😊

33 days till home bound

2024-08-25

I left the country for two months during my first month I was super lazy however this month I’ve decided to work out but I don’t want to get out of bed so I’m working out in the morning before I wake up as of right now my arms, my legs everything feel great, and they definitely feel worked out. I can feel that LazyFit is definitely going to change the way I look when I go home in less than 30 days. I’m excited to show off my new body as I can tell that the workouts are already working even while I’m just laying down.

Motivating workouts

2024-04-05

My whole life I have been dedicated to exercising regularly I used to do the firm videos and Beachbody program. I also worked at FedEx as a courier for 35 years. Unfortunately, I had to retire due to a spinal fusion surgery that I needed. I’m often in a lot of pain and when I exercise it gets worse, these exercise programs are only an eighth of what I’m usually doing. I’ve only been doing them for two weeks and they’re motivational and fun to stick with. I feel like I’m getting stronger already. thank you so glad I stumbled across you for the new year. I know this will help me reach my goals.

Do I Have to Purchase Two Subscriptions

2024-08-25

I purchased a subscription on my iPhone. However, when I downloaded LazyFit on my iPad, it’s asking me to pay for another subscription. Had I know this, I would have purchased it on my iPad because the screen is bigger. Is there a way for me to transfer my purchase to my iPad?

Thanks to the developer’s quick response to my concerns, I am now able to use LazyFit on my iPad. Great customer service!!! Thank you so much!!!

Sincerely Bev

2024-08-27

I am a home maker and avid gardener. I had several back surgeries. The last one was 10 spinal fusion. The last 10 years I have been going in the wrong direction of health. I went on a 800 cal diet during pandemic and lost 70 lbs. I started to gain 18 lbs. and am affraid. I need knee surgery in the fall. When I was younger I was very active! Example: I easily could walk 4 miles in one hour. I would swim one mile four times a week. I had a very hard and strenuous job and took care of my Mom and husband at once for 8 years on again off again lifting them and running for grandkids in between. Retired now and feel scared I will fail myself ! Please help me! Bev.

Lazy fit

2024-03-12

I usually don’t leave reviews but I really like his app. So I just got LazyFit and I love it I like how after you finish a workout it says how do you feel!
The only thing I don’t like is that when doing your meal plan it doesn’t say what foods you don’t like which I think they should add that but besides that it’s great!

5 stars

2024-03-12

I love LazyFit so much and I love that it tells u ur rate after and how many kale u burned the only thing is is that if there is like a thirty second break if I hit skip it immediately starts the next exercise and I don’t have enough time to get in to position but over all a five star rating love LazyFit

wow!

2024-08-27

I have a chronic medical condition that has greatly reduced and altered my ability to do physical activities. Because I’ve always been physically active, these changes have led to weight gain, depression, hopelessness and feeling lost as I found myself setting goals according to what I used to be physically able to do and not really knowing how to modify things to fit my current abilities. A recipe for that dreaded vicious circle. With LazyFit; NO MORE! For the first time in too long, I have set realistic goals, I have achieved small goals and I feel hopeful about my future. You can too! The free trial allows you to explore LazyFit and there are a variety of pricing plans that are very reasonable; especially compared to other apps out there.

Just a suggestion

2024-03-20

LazyFit is super nice and easy to use. Short workouts. And I still feel good after.

Only recommendation: a better countdown to the next workout. I can’t always see my
Phone and can’t tell when the workout ends. And I don’t have enough time to transition positions before the next part starts. Would be nice to hear a 5 count countdown to the next part so I can transition instead of just the 5 count before the next activity

This is wicked awesome

2024-03-20

I love LazyFit! I haven’t missed a day. Finally, exercise that works, and I’m exercising entirely on my bed. How cool is that! It cost a little over$2.00 a day and I am already toned and slimmer all over, after less than a month. Thank you. It’s easy to stick with this routine. I’m a 57-years-old female, so if I can do it.. I bet anyone can. Use yoga breathing…breathe in the nose on the easy part of the exercise and out the mouth on the exertion portion, and you’ll be amazed at what you can do☺️

Very nice program

2024-03-28

Thank you for offering this program. I am a breast cancer survivor and the treatment did a number on my muscles. I had started to exercise again and saw this program. This is really something I can do, unlike some of the other very strenuous programs. The program is available even on days when I’m not able to do the exercises also. The other thing I like is I will be able to stick to this program. Thanks again!

Impulse purchase that might be worth it.

2024-03-28

In life, I go through the principle of teeny by tiny, as my mother taught me. When I have a goal, I try to inch my way towards it. This is my teeny by tiny for exercise. I am a caregiver for my mother, so I just don’t have the time to care for myself. As a result, I have gained 30 pounds. And I have bad knees. I think LazyFit will slowly nurse me back to health. I’m only in it less than a week but I do look forward to it and was upset that I couldn’t do my exercises yesterday. So here’s to better health.

Easy yet Effective

2024-08-25

I’m overweight but recently lost 50 lbs and attempting to lose more in my health journey. I stumbled across lazy fit app and it’s perfect for someone who isn’t comfortable going to a gym but wants to attempt being healthier and hopefully more toned one day! The exercises are targeted to 4 places of workout (floor, chair, couch or bed - the option is yours! No judgement in the privacy of your home either). I’m only on day 2 and it’s been manageable but I can already feel some mild soreness so I know it’s working! I’m excited to see what a few weeks will bring!

Best workout app by far

2024-08-27

I love LazyFit! I'm out of shape and I often get dizzy when I do any kind of standing exercise so this is perfect for me! It's extremely quick and easy, with options for longer or more strenuous workouts if you want. There are a lot of features you can modify and I'm constantly finding new workouts, stretching techniques and yoga, all sitting or laying down so anyone can do them and get results!

I do the day by day chair exercises (less than 10 minutes) LazyFit suggests but usually I do multiple sets. When I've done exercise by myself in the past I haven't seen much results & usually get discouraged and quit, but I love how LazyFit tells you exactly what to do, but gives you options to personalize your workout. I was in a TERRIBLE car accident and was severely injured, so most workouts I've tried have been painful, but LazyFit let's you specify what injuries you've had and modifies your workout plan to help you get results without any pain! INCREDIBLE app!

Such a great app!

2024-08-26

Very motivating and easy to use. Many workout options to choose from based on my personal level. I look forward to the exercises each day because they are on my level - looking forward to gaining fitness to be able to move to a different level at some point but am so encouraged to be able to do the full workouts each day at my personal level.

Good work out app for beginners.

2024-08-26

I’m just starting to work out daily during the week. And it’s nice that it’s not trying to throw me straight into working out for an hour. But hopefully this will get me to the point where I can work out for an hour if I chose to. Good app would definitely recommend! I like that it’s also good for ppl that have a hard time with certain parts of their bodies being injured! Keep up the good work!

Perfect For Me

2024-03-12

I have been looking for a stay at home exercise program for a long time, and this program is perfect for me. I was 215 after knee surgery for a torn medial meniscus.

I have been in Overeaters Anonymous and I’m now 170. I would like to fill out my loose skin, and get stronger in the process. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to get healthier :)

Game Changer!

2024-03-12

I love the fact that the workouts are short (3-6 minutes)! I also have the ability to explore other options like meditation, complete an extra workout or do the workout twice a day. Being a busy working mom of two littles with an action packed schedule these short workouts leave me feeling great without having to devote an hour to the gym!

Amazing

2024-03-28

I’m only on day 4 and I can already see and FEEL a difference. On day 4 and my pants are start to get loose and I had to make a hole for my belt. In one word? Miracle

Update: if you have any issues, questions, etc. they are always really great about getting back to you and doing what they can to resolve anything you may need. Fantastic customer service!

This app

2024-03-28

Even though I have just started, I am loving LazyFit already. I’ve tried so many apps throughout the years but this is the only one that has worked for me. I love how it maps out and gives you a schedule and it gives you 5minute 10 minute workout that refreshes you after long day.

AMAZING!!!

2024-03-28

I am so glad I downloaded LazyFit! I thought that it would be one of apps that you have to "Pay for UNLIMITED whatever" but no! This is completely free and it only has the premium thing if you want to! I'm only 11, but I'm kind of nervous of getting and/or being overweight. But from Day 2 of downloading LazyFit, I'm already feeling better! 👍

Love this workout!

2024-08-27

Just completed day 3. It is like being in a private class. You are given a preview of each move, then do the move, rest, then a preview of the next, do it, rest. It is absolutely clear how to do each exercise and exactly how fast or slow to perform each. So far each move has been extremely easy.

I am 74, will be 75 in 3 months, have severe lumbar stenosis, have dealt with sciatica, bursitis and neuropathy among other assorted issues like gluteal tendinopathy and these are easy, simple to perform exercises that do not cause me any pain or discomfort.

Great

2024-04-05

So far so good! Love LazyFit but have not had to pay yet. After looking at review I’m hoping that things have changed because LazyFit is what I have been looking for and I hope that I don’t have to pay to get fit, I should be able to get fit without paying. But anyways, it’s amazing and I recommend it’s changed my life and hope it changes yours!

This is amazing

2024-08-27

I’m a 70 yr old woman and very out of shape, weak muscles in my legs, I’ve been doing this Lazy Fit (love the name) for 23 days now and OMG I can actually do squats now. Haven’t been able to do squats for years! And this is from doing the Last For program which has consisted of leg exercises for 6-8 minutes a day on top of my bed! I truly never knew this was possible. Telling everyone about it. I don’t give reviews like this and I probably sound like a bot but I’m not. In just really thrilled about the results. Whoever created this-WELL DONE! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

helpful a lot💤💅😜

2024-04-04

Easy to work me and my friend adore LazyFit and it’s just really good and I think that other people adore it but there’s one thing I don’t really like about it I don’t like that we only have 20 seconds and I know that you can add time it’s just like I’m saying and also it’s not giving us good instructions

Good

2024-09-26

I have been a jogger all my life, but for the last few months, I haven’t been able to get on the treadmill because of a sore calf muscle… I bought this a few months ago, but never opened it until recently. I am 66 years old so it’s nice to have choices . Even though I gave it a five star, there are some things that I think could be improved on… One of them is when you login your activity and for some reason it changes you can’t delete it and redo it. The other one sometimes the picture shows an older person on the picture for the exercise, and it has taken me to a very young girl doing exercises that I cannot do, because my age and joint issues. That needs to be corrected and I would like to see more for the older adult.

Feeling it from day one

2024-02-10

I thought this workout app was going to be a waste- working out sitting down? It’s not going to do anything—- I was wrong! I can’t believe how much my body feels the use of muscles and the amount of effort it took to do the workout- that’s a good thing! I can’t wait for day two!

Fabulous App

2024-09-17

Great exercise that progresses as you go! I’m kind of fit for my age and some of these exercises are getting more challenging, but that’s what I want. I’m not so easy to please but LazyFit is a find! I’ve been using it at least 5 days a week for over 2 months and trust me, I can tell a difference!
I just carried in two 40 pound dog food bags with ease on my shoulders!
Worth every penny and customer service is excellent when you suggest things to improve.
It even has some meditations! Love it!

Just right for me….

2024-10-12

I’m on my second 28 day challenge and I’m happy with it. I’m not firmed up like they show in those ads for other workout apps. That’s not reasonable unless you have 5 pounds to lose. I know it’s working because I’m sore but not so much I can’t move, just enough to show me I’m working muscles that have sat dormant for way too long. The workout is just enough time for me, as soon as I’m thinking I can’t go one more second I’m done. It keeps me motivated because it’s just the right amount, not too long and not to intense. I’m 69 and I hate to exercise….I love this program and I’m looking forward to the day that I can show off my slimmer and toner body. 🫶🏻

Perfect for my torn meniscus

2024-10-12

I like that I can sit at home and exercise muscles that I most likely would not be exercising. I like that I can sit at home and exercise muscles that I most likely would not be exercising. When I use this my blood pressure improves and I feel great.

this app is also really good for my stress level. Sometimes I have to sit a lot during the day when I’m working on a project. this app helps me because I can take a 10 minute break in my chair. Every time I feel refreshed.

This is the best $43 investment for my health. I recommend this to people who are really busy or they have sedentary jobs or they just need a mental break, but they can’t get up.

Awesome a few suggestions though

2024-02-01

Wow I love it I use it I loose weight you can choose a plan too my Bo dy is loosing weight but please unlock more free exercise and I did some of meditation 🧘‍♀️ I’m so relieved whe I do the work I’m only a preteen and I lost weight LazyFit is amazing everybody download this app so you can be fit thank you people who made it

So far so good love it

2029-03-14

This is the best app for workouts I’ve had the chance to try

Great workouts

2029-04-17

These workouts are short but effective. No excuses not do them since they are short and you can work them in anywhere.

I can’t say much, this is my first day. I enjoyed the exercises. The timing was perfect.

Really like this!

I just did my first workout and I feel great! I love the simplicity of LazyFit , and being able to do my exercises on my schedule. No gym is perfect for me, I don’t have time to drive across town to a gym. The chair exercises are fun, no stress just do the reps and come away feeling good!

Love

It is so refreshing. I’ve only had it for a couple days and I already love it. One of my favorite things is that you do not have to pay to get the basic features of LazyFit . there is a personalized meal plan, workout plan, and so much more. 🩷🩷🩷

Just love this app! Started out slowly and did a couple of the days twice to make sure that I was doing the exercise correctly. I then reduced the resting time between routines to 5 seconds and when finished the particular day go onto the next day, quickly reducing the welcome between days. I am 77 years old and I’m now onto the second routine on chair exercises. Wondered at first just what I was achieving, but at the end of 2 weeks found my abdominal muscles were tightening and my posture improved. I have always gone to a gym group, but costs kept on increasing, so I’m finding this app to my liking. Thank you
