I want to cancel subscription
Lazyfit and other apps that use Google app to charge fees are doing everyone an injustice. Google pay charges you fees without asking and you can not get a refund. I am using my bank now to get my money back because someone got a hold of my card numbers and started charging things through Google pay that I did not charge and I tried getting refunds and was basically called a liar by Google. I had to contact the fraud department of my bank and now we are at a dispute over all the charges made that I did not make. Be careful using your debit card with Google. You will get charged for things you don't want or can't use and no way out unless you get an attorney and fight them.
Please cancel 7 day trial. I am recovering from a herniated disc and the workout is not for me. Please confirm cancellation in and I now thank you very much. Angie, Blasi 345p on August 5, 2024.

I want to cancel the free trial, but can’t find any place to get that done. It seems to be a scam to get money. Please advise!

When I signed up for the free trial, I really enjoyed the app. I would do my daily workout on my “plan” and then found several favorites that I would add after. There aren’t many options, maybe 5 per category, which I thought was just because I was on the free trial still. Then the trial ended, I was charged, and now all of the exercises include more stretching then anything else, including the weight loss ones. I do not feel like I get a good workout at all, and the amount of workouts I am able to access didn’t expand at all. If I could cancel and get my money back, I would in a heartbeat.

I loved the exercises and paid for a year subscription and kept up with it for over a month but recently and suddenly the exercises that were there before like the 28-Day Beach Body Challenge completely changed from a workout routine to a yoga one. I wish these were new plans without changing the existing ones that I was already following along before. Now I’m stuck with not having a workout routine from the app and shouldn’t have paid for a whole year…

Not only is this not customized, it is dangerous. In the survey I said I had knee and back issues and it had me doing lunges and very stressful exercises that would have caused serious injury. Not only that but I can’t find any customer service number or way to cancel my 1 year membership that I didn’t sign up for that they charged me for.
