How to fix AI Chatbot app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AI Chatbot app on iPhone
Update AI Chatbot app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AI Chatbot iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AI Chatbot on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AI Chatbot network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix AI Chatbot not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AI Chatbot App
1. On android, goto Settings » AI Chatbot » click [Force Stop]

Update AI Chatbot to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AI Chatbot App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AI Chatbot » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AI Chatbot.

Fix AI Chatbot unable to contact server/ AI Chatbot internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AI Chatbot » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AI Chatbot » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
