I downloaded BigLots thinking that it would be a better experience then the actual website; well I was wrong! After I downloaded BigLots there were several ads for different businesses that kept popping up which became annoying! I’ve never seen this before with a large company that has multiple locations throughout the country. So unprofessional and needs to be addressed as the ads interrupted my shopping experience. Due to this I immediately deleted BigLots ! Do better Big Lots!!

I’ve never downloaded an app for a retail store that has un-skipable ADS EVERY 30-45 SECONDS. It makes BigLots itself unusable and quite literally dissuades potential customers from using BigLots to purchase and from shopping in store as well.
Whoever thought the ad revenue would be worth the amount of profit lost due to people deleting BigLots before completing a purchase should reconsider their career choice.

I literally just downloaded BigLots 5 minutes ago, signed into my account, and within 2 minutes of being logged in and trying to browse, 4 ads have already been thrown at me. And the ads are in different foreign languages and theres no big red X to indicate how to get out of the stupid ad. 2 minutes of being on BigLots is all it took for me to uninstall it. For a legit company like this to put ads alone is ridiculous, but to get stuck in 4 different foreign ads in less than 2 minutes?? This isnt candy crush. This isnt some app for a free game. Its a platform for customers to be able to browse and purchase your products. There should be no ads AT ALL. Even Walmart's app doesnt have ads. Get it together.

I have always been a huge fan of Big Lots the store. The stores close to me in ABQ, NM is setting itself up to compete with Target. The product upgrades, the set up of the store I’m loving it. I am confused with BigLots … why are there pop up commercials like I’m playing a game? The ads aren’t even for the store! Waiting for my cart to load three different ads came up and it just delayed my cart from loading. It’s bizarre and not common on other store apps that I have loaded. Still love the store and proof I just need to go in physically or use the website.

For inventory purposes, BigLots is phenomenal. It shows my local stock which is more accurate than most other apps you’ll find on BigLots Store your every day low prices cannot be beaten. I like that you can see a personal furniture shopper.

I love big lots ! Everything I purchase is absolutely fabulous! Great deals! Amazing prices! Stores in every location! Can not get better than this store right here. Everyone go to big lots right now! Live laugh love big lots.

Excellence from the whole store. The store is clean, majority of items are stocked, customer service is a 10, and easy check out. Big lots is definitely one of my favorite retail stores!

Super helpful when they have their half off toys on thanksgiving day. I’ve been able to see what they’ve had in stock so I can make my daughters christmases great. Super inexpensive items that she’ll love definitely helps since I’m a single mother

I’ve saved hundreds with the big rewards program and would definitely recommend to anyone. Would like a remove ads option on BigLots but otherwise great !

Service was excellent. The sale person helped us with discounts and loading it all immediately into our truck. It is a name brand mattress , and he offered a 3 year warranty for a decent price. It was an all around good experience.

Big Lots is never my last stop. When I make a list of items I need for seasonal decor they always have everything in stock, items are good quality, great prices, and the items always last more than one season unlike other companies. Staff is always friendly at my local Big Lots & always go above and beyond to make sure my family and I find what we’re looking for.

Hadn’t been to Big Lots in a couple years. No good reason, just that I really trimmed down on my shopping when Covid hit. Going back and browsing through the store was absolutely incredible. I missed it more than I knew. Other stores just cannot compare!!!

I have been using Big Liys for over a decade and love their selection and competitive prices. They keep throwing special promotions that I find feth lucrative. Must use online and their stores for your everyday needs and yo buy furniture and other items

Due to BigLots itself , I was able to see which stores had what , different prices , and have things delivered To my home . The website kept giving me prices of other locations when I had it set for only one . BigLots is great . I highly recommend .

BigLots is really good when you don’t have a big lots around you and you can just shop online they have so many categories from home decor for a really affordable price to groceries. You can find anything you want and it’s easy you just have to sign up or login .

love this store , from the prices to the quality of the furniture they sell! by far the best deals , and the best bang for your buck. i love to save money and Big Lots let’s me do so. i bought a table that was from Ashley Furniture , everywhere else this table was marked $600-$700, i bought it here for only $200. can’t beat it! worth the trip , worth the money!

I absolutely love the selection they offer, and I always get amazing deals at every location I visit! Associates are always so helpful and informed on product information! I also love the perks of earning with rewards, and I get asked, “where did you find that?!” and I always let them know Big Lots!

I LOVE coming into the store I’m there so much I’m pretty sure they know me by name at this point. They are always so inviting and helpful I don’t like to admit it but I have almost no use of my left arm and from time to time I knock things over or my arm just gives out They are so understanding and helpful when I knock something over or need help putting something in my cart.

They open a store here in my town and I never ever been to one so I went they open and the employees are very nice and helpful if you need anything the customer service is awesome!!! The price is lot that bad out their pretty fair also they give discount! I love shopping their !!!!
