How to fix MyLOOT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyLOOT app on iPhone
Update MyLOOT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyLOOT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyLOOT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyLOOT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyLOOT Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyLOOT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyLOOT App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyLOOT » click [Force Stop]

Update MyLOOT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyLOOT App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyLOOT » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyLOOT.

Fix MyLOOT unable to contact server/ MyLOOT internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyLOOT » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyLOOT » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
