SimOptions won’t refresh on my phone. So it doesn’t read the accurate amount of data used. The top up data only adds if the old data is used up. Even though I used all my data, SimOptions won’t reload or refresh to show my data is used, therefore it won’t add my data top up that I purchased.

I’ve refreshed, logged out, deleted SimOptions , and redownloaded and it hasn’t updated or refreshed SimOptions . I messaged customer service, but the help chat keeps deleting my conversations with the help chat every 10 seconds.

Seems to be technical problems with SimOptions itself and the help chat website as well.

SimOptions is very easy to install and download. I haven’t activated it yet because I haven’t begun my trip but expect all to go well.
Unfortunately, I didn’t know that I needed to create an account before installing the SIM. Now I won’t be able to track my usage in SimOptions .

Make sure you create an account BEFORE purchasing your eSIM. That is the only way you’ll be able to track your usage within SimOptions . Any purchases made before making an account cannot be added to your account and you have to start a customer support chat to check on your data usage. Otherwise, the setup process was one of the easiest installations I’ve ever done. Fantastic prices too. I recommend!

Just purchased my first eSIM from this app and downloaded their app. One thing I noticed when I went to buy my eSIM was that the options on their app didn’t match the options on their website. There were more on the website. Minor point, but something to be aware of.

My wife and I are going to France soon. She has an iPhone SE and I’ve a newer iPhone 15. While she needs a SIM card, I require an eSIM. Getting two different products was so convenient through Sim Options. The website was well constructed and it was easy to find what I needed. Product delivery was expeditious and the installation was clearly laid out. Lastly, the prices were quite reasonable. Sim Options saved me the trouble of finding a vendor in France and stumbling through the installation with my limited French vocabulary. Many, many thanks!

It’s been working great, and the best part is how easy it’s to install it! Don’t waste your money on Airalo, its just horrible to install and no help, not even Apple support couldn’t fix it!! Thank you for creating a product that it does what it says it will do!!

Extremely easy way to purchase and install SIM cards for international travel. Great variety of providers and reasonable prices. We are always prepared before we leave for our international travel!

I’ve used the eSIM in a couple Asian countries and it has worked very quickly and easily. I would recommend this for anyone who doesn’t want to worry about getting SIMs in their vacation countries. You get immediate data access.

Very fast set up, I made sure that my phone had no sim restrictions and it was able to load onto my phone very quick. Am waiting to test it when I land in Europe to see how quick the data service is.

I found myself high and dry with an expired Euro region data plan. I had an Airalo plan given to me by a friend, which failed to connect and their infuriating robot chat went in circles, so a quick search brought me to this app, and ZipZap, 5 minutes I was back on cellular data. Thanks!!

Was planning a backpacking trip for a month in Europe and these esim plans seem to fit my needs perfectly. The process has been easy so far and you get data and calling included in plan. Overall would recommend

I travelled to Ireland and purchased an eSIM. The purchasing was quick and easy. Unfortunately, I discovered that my phone would not be able to unlock the eSIM feature in order to activate. I reached out to customer service to cancel and refund the purchase. Their customer service was excellent and extremely responsive. They responded quickly and efficiently and were able to cancel and refund the purchase.

I saw this on Google while searching for an eSIM for Europe. The company has good reviews and high ratings from trust pilot so we were convinced this was the way to go. I leave for Germany in a few days and all the instructions were easy and straightforward. I cannot wait to post our adventures from Europe with it.

I haven’t used the eSIM that I purchased as I don’t leave for a few more days- however SimOptions makes it very easy to shop for various iterations of eSims including hundreds of countries with varying amounts of data and various time periods. I wanted both data and the ability to make voice calls and SMS and I found what I needed at a ver good price.

This is how I get phone service when traveling internationally now. I’ve used it once already this year for a multi country trip and it worked great. I already purchased another SIM for an upcoming trip later this month. Purchasing the SIM is easy and installation was seamless on the first one.

Used this app to purchase an Orange eSIM 28 day carrier package. Great value. As a first time eSIM user( going to Belgium), I thought the install directions could have been a little clearer as to what to expect. I had to connect with Support only to find out I had installed it successfully. Then had to find out what steps to take to activate on the appropriate screens in Settings. Support was accurate and responsive.

The eSIM was simple to purchase and the instructions were clear. My boyfriend has used their eSIMs twice, once in Vietnam and once for our trip to Spain. Both times they have worked perfectly and provided good cell and data service. Their customer service team is also very helpful and easy to get in contact with if you have any trouble installing the SIM or navigating their site.

I always purchase an eSIM when traveling abroad. this app comes in cheaper than competitors with easy installation. It is comforting to know that upon arrival my phone will be equipped with data for Maps and last-minute planning. Thanks for the peace of mind.
