Was charged for a annual renewals of QScaN-QR & Bar Code Scanner on my iPhone Apple Account in the amount of $96.51. I did not authorize this renewal or any annual subscription and am requesting an immediate refund of these charges. Note: I have already cancelled the subscription and will not be using this app anytime.
