Great app for APTA conference but unable to log in. Getting error so can’t use all features or download handouts

Need to delete app to get logged in for the next year conference. That means I lose all my notes and handouts. Why can’t we just add the new year conference to it? Have had so much trouble trying to navigate , take notes and download material. Unfortunately the only place the schedule is is on APTACSMEvents . Poor design in my opinion.
