Can’t keep info from year to year

Need to delete app to get logged in for the next year conference. That means I lose all my notes and handouts. Why can’t we just add the new year conference to it? Have had so much trouble trying to navigate , take notes and download material. Unfortunately the only place the schedule is is on the app. Poor design in my opinion.
