Last time I used EventApp it didn’t help whatsoever. Would not recommend.🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑

Used EventApp for a conference and schedule. Worked for the time before the event, but locked up and showed incorrect schedules or no schedule. Deleted EventApp and downloaded again - same issue. Had to use the paper agenda and schedule instead. Disappointed at best.

Why make it so hard to update one’s calendar with selected sessions? Or even just show selected sessions for that matter.

Sometimes it’s the little things that make an app useless. While in the iPhone EventApp seems to be great, on the iPad EventApp seems to ignore the abilities and functions of the iPad. The lack of ability to rotate makes EventApp pretty useless for note taking on an iPad.

It’s much better online and they don’t seem to have an app for event organizers

Overall a decent experience but when clicking on a session and then going back to the main agenda it should save your position and not go back to the beginning of the day at the top. Very frustrating to have to scroll down when looking at multiple sessions later in the day to see which you want to attend.

We had a good experience working with EventMobi on making a white label app for our annual association event. We found the user interface with”cards/tiles” easy to use and had the highest download rate this year. Also we have overwhelming success with the gamification element which we debuted this year.

I would agree with others that some updates would make it even better. I would include clicking on a location in a session and being taken to the map as well as removing old notifications without user action after a long period of time.

The EventMobi app was the perfect addition for our conference! I work with a restaurant company that holds an annual leadership conference. Usually, we have a large paper cost due to the need for schedules, name tags, work materials etc. EventApp solved all those problems and saved us A LOT of money! The group loved that fact that they could refer to an app, as they all have their phones on them at all times anyway. The social wall was a huge hit and we had people in competition to see who could post the most. I ended up making an awesome summation video using only the pictures people posted! The convenience of EventApp was the best part. If a venue changed, I could easily update it or send a message out letting everyone know. I would brag on the support but honestly, I didn’t use it because everything worked so flawlessly!

I downloaded the YSC Summit 2018 App and It is amazing! everything is there including sharing cab, you can create your own profile and chat with other participants, I really love it! Find EventApp “eventmobi”in your Apple store!

We started working with Eventmobi years ago. We host about 6 events a year. EventApp itself, but also the backend of EventApp are very easy to work with. If you do have a question or would like more training, the Eventmobi support team is very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The developers are open to suggestions! It’s more a cooperation than a customer/provider relationship. We researched other apps, but Eventmobi has everything we are looking for = An event app but also a registration page that feeds EventApp automatically. And the pricing is very reasonable.

I’m the CMO of a small company that produces conferences globally. We put in an extensive amount of time into researching event apps that worked for our Size conferences, provided everything we would need, and did not have a complicated back end system. Event Mobi blew us away. Getting your app up and running is a breeze, you have a large amount of customization at your disposal, and their customer service is like none other. I had an issue 1 hour before a conference and I was on the phone with customer support and had it fixed in 5 minutes. I can not recommend this company/app enough!
