Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever GistHub app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix GistHub app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GistHub app on iPhone
Update GistHub app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GistHub iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GistHub on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GistHub network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix GistHub not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GistHub app issues:

Force Stop the GistHub App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GistHub app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GistHub to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GistHub App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GistHub app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GistHub.

Fix GistHub unable to contact server/ GistHub internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GistHub » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GistHub » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GistHub on android.
