I absolutely LOVE this cosmetic case so I bought my 23 year old daughter one on beige! It’s her 1st piece of this app!! I’m addicted and she’s soon to be as well! This case serves so many purposes!! The amount of space and all it holds is simply amazing! It’s a beautiful piece if you’re looking for a cosmetic case! Perfect for traveling!

I’m always glad to see when this app adds new products to their catalog and BÉIS notifies me so I can take a look right away. Handy because they seem to go out of stock fast! BÉIS is pretty easy to use, too.

I love this app and I love the design of their App, unfortunately though I always have a problem at check out. I am on the ‘Adventurer’ tier so I qualify for free standard shipping, but it doesn’t update when I’m trying to check out in BÉIS so I make my purchases on the website.

I wanted to buy something for my dad but BÉIS kept giving me errors when trying to use my rewards to discount my order. It finally worked but it took away some of my rewards balance without out the benefit of the discount. Not impressed.

I really love this app just pirchaded 3 more bags but I’m sad that you can’t bundle your bags on BÉIS and get a discount for 3 bags like on the website

Had an amazing experience with the customer service for this company. I sent them an email with a picture of the backpack I had ordered a few months ago of the inside being unstitched and they immediately emailed me back and mailed me a new one with no other questions asked. I love the brand, overall quality, but most importantly you don’t feel ignored when there is an issue. I own some of their products and buying more for sure.

The website and app are very user friendly, all of the products are top notch! I love all my Beis products! Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Awesome products but I wish there was a way to preorder items that are currently out of stock. I would have ordered them now with the discount that I was able to apply. I highly recommend checking out these items.

It crashed a few times while I was trying to add payment. And when I try to search it always says nothing matches my search, when I know there should be matches.

just got back from a 2 week vacation in Ireland with cousins. Love! this luggage, made travel so easy I am buying a set for my sister.

I stayed 25 mins in BÉIS flash sale line only for it to automatically kick me out on an accidental touch swipe gesture. Please fix this issue where the product pops up and goes down instead of loading as a page.

Best customer service, fast shipping and great quality for great pricing. If anyone I know needs travel gear (including myself) this is always my first pick.

I have been a fan of Beis products since all they had were the work totes. I am so proud of the work that went into BÉIS - it’s perfect and intuitive for a Beis obsessed shopper like me 😂 That being said - the only drawback I ever saw was that sometimes the color options wouldn’t show up for a product. It’s very convenient to have it show up every time to compare the beautiful colors. Thank you Shay & Team for making my travel life a breeze. Love y’all.

I’ve been using BEIS for nearly three years now thanks to Girls Gotta Eat! I’ve been adding to my collection ever since and have not been disappointed. Please please please, bring back the Sport Tote!!! I’ve been waiting forever to get my hands on it!

Not a great app overall. You can’t filter reviews, moving through items and colors is super buggy, and after I submitted my order the “back” button made seem as if my items were not checked out. The graphics are cute and all but I’d rather have a functional app.

I love this luggage and love the ease of shopping. The return policy is fantastic and the luggage holds up very well. I would like to use my rewards to stack but apparently I have only been able to use one at a time or I have lost them somehow when trying to apply. I wish you would bring back collapsing carry on!!!

I love their luggage and bags! Great quality and beautiful colors! They have thought of everything you will need for travel from just an overnight stay to several weeks away from home! I have several pieces and I highly recommend this app! Their rewards program is also wonderful!
