4 Most reported problems 😔💔
Useless app and useless customer service. The app only shows units in shitty "American Freedom Units" instead of normal metric. Their customer service email said "use the app", but the app does't offer that. When I called their customer support centre, they hung up on me.

This app is total junk. When you’re using it with the treadmill, it shows the mileage and speed of the treadmill. However, when you go back to look at your history, it’s not the same none of the records match what you did. Secondly, it inflates the steps, you need to be a 3 foot midget to get that number of steps at that rate of speed. I do not recommend this app or their treadmill for that matter. Buyer beware as far as the treadmill!
I will definitely continue to use my Fitbit, which is 10 times more accurate than this app or their treadmill!
Update on the new app.
Now it doesn’t even have landscape mode available! If you try using an iPad in portrait, it’ll fall off of their treadmill.
The app is still very inaccurate. They inflate the steps. They don’t record what you actually did in the history. The only thing on this app that is correct is the timer! My next purchase will not be a UREVO treadmill or using their app! Buyer beware!
Bugs on top of bugs

The treadmill itself seems to be working great, but this app has so many bugs it’s almost unusable. From basic functions not working, not recording walks if the treadmill isn’t started through the app, duplicate walking records, etc. This app is a HUGE pain point and lacks some really basic functionality and quality testing. Considering returning for that reason alone.
Does not connect data to the Apple health app

He doesn’t really do much except keep track of your time and distance which is I guess not that bad for a free app, but I have Nike run which does the same thing and it also connects to the Apple health app so all of my data for my workouts and my other equipment my scales everything communicate with Health that very disappointed that this does not.
