How to fix Presets app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Presets app on iPhone
Update Presets app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Presets iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Presets on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Presets network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Presets Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Presets not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Presets App
1. On android, goto Settings » Presets » click [Force Stop]

Update Presets to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Presets App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Presets » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Presets.

Fix Presets unable to contact server/ Presets internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Presets » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Presets » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
