How to fix Whiteout app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Whiteout app on iPhone
Update Whiteout app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Whiteout iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Whiteout on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Whiteout network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Whiteout app issues:

Force Stop the Whiteout App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Whiteout app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Whiteout to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Whiteout App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Whiteout app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Whiteout.

Fix Whiteout unable to contact server/ Whiteout internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Whiteout » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Whiteout » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Whiteout on android.
