For a week I’ve been trying to use Fancast for Seoul Awards and it’s unresponsive. I tap icons on the screen and nothing happens. Every now and then one will accidentally work to allow me to view ads, but then nothing else will function. Fancast is not fit for awards voting. It isn’t fair to my idol that I am logging on to vote, but can’t because Fancast isn’t functioning. It’s the only Kpop app I have that gives no response for tapping any icon on the screen. It needs some serious bug fixes.

I downloaded Fancast so I could vote but immediately deleted the account after seeing what it was about. Not interested in spending wasted time. From what I see going on now, I am glad I did.

There’s nothing else to say. Fancast was up for a few days and then it stopped working. I feel sorry for those who purchased any stars. The apps a scam

They’re knowingly taking your money and your data only for your vote not to matter in the end. It’s extremely unethical. Do not waste your time (or money) on Fancast.

Fancast doesn’t work at all. The issues have been reported but there has been no response at all to fix said issues. Very unprofessional.

Fancast is supposed to be used to vote for 32nd SMA and is not working outside Korea during voting period, which is ridiculous. This is a scam. There's no option to report issue or contact developer and the organizers are not addressing this on social media

The worst app to use for voting your fave artist! Im not sure if it works better in certain region compared to others. It gives a lot of issues to log in and collect hearts Terrible app!!!

Fancast stopped showing the exact number of votes and is now only showing the percentage. Trying to vote for the SBS universe ticket. Changes like this shouldn’t happen during the event.

Fancast allows fans to vote for their favorite artist, but the votes are useless because they already choose the winners themselves before voting opens. Please don’t waste your money or time on Fancast. They should be investigated.

What kind of app is this that won’t even let me open it?? I can’t even log in? It’s been like this for days now and there’s not even a way for me to submit feedback?????? Very strange and very deceptive. Please fix this error immediately

I have never seen such a poorly maintained deceitful voting app. App is always erroring out. A few times it was down for days. Non-Korean voters could not access Fancast , yet it was proven that users with Korean IP addresses had no issues with access and voting. Company claims it was under maintenance. Besides regardless of the number of votes logged on Fancast, SMA will give the awards to whom they like. Don’t waste your time and money on Fancast!

As time goes by Fancast is functioning less and less for me. It crashes when I try (need) to view ads, when I try to comment on my idols page…it’s becoming non-functional.

They want money actually, this is why they make you difficult to get hearts and vote. Allows you to vote 100x but you only can produce 12 vts after watching tons of long ads videos. Crashing very often while watching ads, total frustration. WORST APP EVER

Worst app ever, cheater , thief, no need to vote on it because , it get lag every time , Don't bother to vote because they will take your money and no result , money sucker , and don't bother to vote for the artist because they already decided the result they only take your money and waste your effort and time , doesn't even deserve that 1 star

one of the worst apps, their was a point where Fancast was not working for people outside korea for more than 2 days which was a disadvantage to groups who were already ahead, groups who were not even top 10 are suddenly on top 10?? people outside of korea are one of the huge voters of Fancast and suddenly it doesn’t work for us?? VERY UNFAIR

I can’t believe such an important vote is happening in this crappy app. Extremely disappointed! I’ve been trying to vote for an hour and it wouldn’t let me in at all. You can’t determine who won and who doesn’t because it’s not fair if you have hearts to vote with and want to vote but Fancast wouldn’t let you.

I wish I never downloaded it. Do you think that I put a little time into voting on Fancast and yet still has a horrible up! I wish I would’ve gotten a different app instead… I hope Fancast just goes away and doesn’t come back! Now I’m gonna go make some Ramen and maybe some pancakes and drink some water. Fancast worked great for the first few days then Nothing! I can’t log on even tried refreshing even deleting Fancast and downloading again doesn’t work. I paid for hearts about 8 dollars. So I lost voting for my idol and lost money on Fancast. I don’t even care about the money so much but not being able to vote for my Idol, bothers me more. Wish you guys would fix the bugs please.

this app is unreliable for voting purposes. Fancast will be unavailable for wide swaths of time. When accessible, you are under immense pressure to get your votes to “count”. If it lets you in, the system freezes and won’t count your credits after “free” watching videos. So many technical issues and then Fancast will go into “maintenance mode” at the end of a voting period. Who wins? The fandom/record company that pays $ for votes. Rigged.

Fancast makes it so difficult to do everything , it seems to be made by amateurs, I can’t even see any tab information, it gives “nothing. See here” or retry , which I doo all day just to follow the instructions to get the hearts and exp, is a pain in the head.

Fancast has been down for two days and the issue has not been resolved. Please the issues with Fancast.
