Sooo after finally being able to sign up I realized I didn’t get the three months free as promised through T-Mobile. There were issues experienced with signing up like other reviewers were having. I thought it was fixed but my free trial is only for one month instead of three even though it said claimed on T-Mobile. I emailed support but have received no response. I will be cancelling since I can’t get help and still to many issues to work out with DiscoverFilm . I wanted the three month trial to give myself ample time to check it out completely but since I received no support I will be cancelling. Not worth paying for.

The issues I’m currently experiencing are when turning my phone sideways the video doesn’t automatically adjust the size. It seems slow, always buffering before starting a film. There’s no way to see a full description of what you’re watching, only a couple words and then nothing. It’s also quite annoying when I’ve finished a video there seems to be no way to return to the “main menu”. I have to close DiscoverFilm and restart it to see selections. If these issues are fixed it would definitely be an improvement and possibly worth paying for if you like this type of content like I do.

DiscoverFilm should be free, I really hope when the free trial is over there have been many improvements made because DiscoverFilm is difficult to use, it’s impossible to read more than a few words describing each title and the formatting makes it annoying I definitely would not pay money to have access to DiscoverFilm as is. Seems like someone jumped the gun way early on this one The couple titles I watched were interesting.

This is the worst app I’ve ever had to deal with! It’s super slow! Took forever just to sign up. Once sign up is completed DiscoverFilm still takes forever to load like it’s dragging itself through mud! “Feature Films” a joke! Won’t even load to show you what’s available! Idk if DiscoverFilm is new but please return it to the developers and start over! Maybe this application isn’t so great for Apple!

Some of these films are a bit ‘challenging’ but suppose that is good thing. Nice technology – I need to look at the content a bit more but so far have found a few things I like.

I downloaded DiscoverFilm from T-Mobile Tuesday’s excited to watch movies and the selection is horrible, didn’t even get to the part where you sign up for the 3 month free subscription. I had no problem downloading DiscoverFilm , was fairly quick, but just a waste of time to download and look through the horrible selection they have. Better luck catching a virus on put lockers!

I’ve tried a few short films sites. This one is by far the best. A really big selection of movies. I’m not really into Horror so I do not like everything on platform but comedies are good.

It takes forever to load. I don’t understand I’ve been on it for so long, I’ve made the account and try to log in but it just gives me the loading screen forever. Wouldn’t want to deal with it.

Wish that you had a better privacy policy-can you work on eliminating the tracking data?

Look the one show I was able to sit and watch, because I forced myself to ignore the viewing experience...Seemed decent (Stuck). I can’t say I would pay for this while DiscoverFilm is the way it is. It must be fixed ASAP. Good luck

Sensibly organised and well structured films. We’ve found something for everybody with DiscoverFilm.

I downloaded DiscoverFilm from Tmobile Tuesday app When I proceeded to create an account it gave an error message. I'm not the only one that had this same problem. Downloading DiscoverFilm is a waste of time.

I never even got into DiscoverFilm . Trying to register and pull it up, I eventually gave up and deleted it after spinning and spinning multiple times while trying to get in. No thanks.

DiscoverFilm seems to be broken. After creating an account it gets stuck on a blank white screen with small text saying “No video”.

Downloaded from T-Mobile tuesday. Created an account and got stuck on a blank white screen. Reinstalled, signed in, and it still didn’t work.

I used the free T-Mobile subscription and am now being billed. I cannot find anywhere how to cancel. Already down $1.99 for something I don’t want.

Good video player and good app for streaming movies. Excellent.

DiscoverFilm took all of the money out of my apple funds

DiscoverFilm needs to be fixed to auto fit the screen that it’s being watched on. I used it on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and I can still see the menu in the background. When I tried it on my iPad it stretched vertically and I had a third of the screen just plain black. DiscoverFilm need a lot of work. Truly disappointed with DiscoverFilm. Has to be the worst streaming app I have ever encountered. If it’s not fixed I’ll just end my subscription.

I can’t find a way to cancel my subscription.

I subscribed to a FREE 3-month period then after that I will be charged whatever per month, the second I subscribed my bank sends me a notification that my card was charged, and when I checked it it was for $26.98. What is this scam???? I need to cancel this fake free subscription and need my money back. This is a scam!
