My app is not sending the verification code
My daughter downloaded the app and tried to log in on her iPad and it keeps saying “you are not eligible or in an unsupported location “. Can you please advise how to fix this. Thanks
I have noticed that whenever I put in my date of birth which is definitely old enough for Spark creative play it says either I am not eligible or I am in an unsupported location and I don’t know how to fix it

My phone ran out of battery during a project.After charging it I got a notification on Spark creative play saying they saved my artwork after the notification disappeared I went to find my artwork.It’s nowhere at all.I SPENT 3 HOURS ON IT! please see if you could find it.
