Muse seems great on the surface and is very easy to use. However, Muse continuously crashes and did not allow me to download any videos I made. Wasted hours making videos that cannot be downloaded to my phone to be used elsewhere. Disappointed
Seems to me it does everything that Instagram already does but with less options from what I saw.
There’s no clear way to cancel.
I TRIED Muse and got locked into a YEARLY plan that is $35 a year . I did NOT sign up for this, I cancel the free trial that I had , I also email them ! NO RESPONSE! THIS HAS RUINED MY APPLE ID, I CAN NOT UPDATE, DOWNLOAD APPS, OR ANYTHING. 0/10… I do not recommend!
After spending an hour in Muse , I found it would not work for what I needed. It will not allow me to cancel the subscription and I am within the free trial period.
Typically apps have a toggle to account settings where you can update or cancel. None here. No cancel option & im stuck with this subscription.
Absolute waste of time. Can’t save any reels.
I don’t like that Muse pick all pictures look layout for me. I rather prefer to make my own because not all pictures I want to have in Muse show up. Now I have to take time to go delete and make new that’s too much time on this. Prefer to cancel my subscription.
Today I just purchased Muse because of TikTok recommendation but if you edit your video will be better. Muse comes with bugs and it’s not worth for $24 per year.
Ive never left a review in my life but I actually need to. Waiting for my refund currently. I use Muse for work and it’s terrible. I can not download anything despite paying $8 a month, constant errors, constant app crashing. Waste of money. Waste of time

Doesn’t work. Won’t save any videos. And yes, I filled in all the slots in the template. It won’t save. “Cannot decode” keeps coming up. I need a refund now or I’ll dispute this.

Very user friendly. Templates are nice but you can’t change the music. Whatever the template uses, you have to use. Wish there were more options.
Muse is okay. I paid for yearly and I can’t get through one project quickly. It crashes and fails to generate your videos. I eventually can get it done but it seems the program doesn’t like being corrected. Editing the clip it will generate for you seizes Muse .
Everything works well, I just wish there were more mellow music options.
I love the aesthetic of Muse, but the videos load extremely slow making content creation much longer than necessary.
Love the templates! Needs work on the glitching when editing videos, needs a From scratch template to create your own. I LOVE the editing structure of Muse!
Wish there was more variety but I do like how easy it is to make a Reel just wish there were more to choose from!

So I was scrolling in app store and I found Muse this app it said that you can edit I donload it and it's still loading for 2 hours I really wanted to edit I don't know whats happened
