I had a disappointing experience with this eSim app. I purchased the Europe Region eSim with the intention of using it in Cyprus, but unfortunately, the activation process took much longer than expected. Eventually, I encountered an error message stating that the eSim could not be activated, prompting me to contact Connect for assistance. I reached out to their customer service via WhatsApp, but the response time was frustratingly slow. Despite sending numerous screenshots and explaining the issue, their replies only offered generic advice that proved ineffective. I genuinely wish I could share screenshots to illustrate the poor quality of their customer service and the eSim itself. Overall, my experience with Simly was regrettable, and I cannot recommend it due to these issues.

I purchased the European pack it was working fine at the first week after that I kept having issues with the internet, it says that I have 5G and but I can’t access anything.
I contacted the customer service they told me to reset my device :) which is the first thing I did before contacting them. After that there were no response from them and I had to use any wifi around when the issue happens.

I’ve been using this app to help a soul in Gaza and have been topping up their e-sim since April. Everything’s been fine up until yesterday when I tried to top up and saw there were two options to get 20GB—one for $21 and one for $4. I thought this was odd and against my better judgement, I went with the $4, hoping it may have been some sort of deal. I made sure Simly was updated and opened it back up to see that there was no change. I deleted Simly and reinstalled, and still nothing.

After I contacted customer service, they tried helping and asked me to check each time to see if more data had been added but still, nothing happened. At that point I asked for a refund to which they said it’d take 15 days to process. An incredibly long time. I asked them if it was even worth attempting to top up again and they told me to “give it some time.”

The soul in Gaza I’ve been helping is literally running out of time. They’ve already used up 90% of their data and I can’t even help them without risking my money going nowhere.

Got the new iPhone 15 Pro max and could not transfer eSIM. Tried to contact their customer service and was told to wait for another professional. Never happened. I had used Airalo prior without any transferable problems. I ended up having to buy another eSIM for the new iPhone.

While driving from Iraq into Turkey, the this app app proved to be an invaluable companion. Even at the border crossing, this app capabilities guided us seamlessly. Although the signal did weaken in certain areas along the way, overall, this app provided exceptional navigation assistance throughout our journey. We were able to rely solely on this app for maps and directions, eliminating the need to purchase a local SIM card. The convenience and dependability of this app made our road trip through Turkey an absolute pleasure, and we have no regrets about our decision to use this exceptional app.

Best idea that I have ever tried. It’s so convenient and easy to install on your phone. You always have access to the internet in any country you travel to. And their customer service is highly professional and very responsive.

Used this app for my recent EU trip. It was easy to set up and worked everywhere I needed it to. Takes about 15-20 minutes for the eSIM to start working once you cross into a different EU country.

I used to travel and had to buy a SIM and now there no need for that Simly made so easy for people like me who travel to have internet access and with prices that suits everyone.

I used this app in 3 different countries and I found it very efficient. It was cheaper than all other carriers on those countries and the speed was good enough as well.

Since I started traveling with my husband, he has refused to use roaming services, and this has put me in a state of constant tension for fear of interrupting communication between us for any reason, but after I downloaded the this app application on his phone, it made it easy for him to activate internet services without any laziness, and it also saves money. Compared to international services or services for purchasing internet packages from the same country

Excellent application to avoid queuing to get a sim with all the formalities involved
You can instantly start being on the internet and meet those waiting for you ,be a friend or an Uber etc

Hello!! I used Simly while traveling to Marmaris. It was super helpful in finding 3g everywhere… the minute I landed I got connected. It’s like a virtual sim to use during your stay. I highly recommend it! It kept me connected to my family all the time.

Was absolutely great to have Simly on hand I was traveling to Turkey with skyrocket high prices to get Internet and telephone services but with Simly, it was a fraction of the cost almost 10% only of what they would charge me certainly gonna use this again and again and highly recommend

this app is very easy to use. I’ve donated many eSIMs in the eight months or so myself, and also am now purchasing/using for myself while I am staying in Egypt for a few months. A little cheaper and more reliable internet than going through T-Mobile’s international data packages.

it might be a good idea to add a temporary number to receive SMS since some countries require a number when you buy from the mall.

Love Simly ! Its easy to use, gives you step by step instructions on how to set up the e-sim, and customer service is very responsive. The first time setting up the e-sim might be a bit confusing, but just make sure you’re phone is compatible, follow the instructions and you’re set. Its been extremely helpful when travelling, I instantly have data the moment I land. I have already used it numerous times and I'm very satisfied.

this app has made it really easy to get an eSIM for when you’re out of your usual service country! They also include instructions that are easy to follow. The only thing that can be a little troubling is if a phone loses connection, a SIM can be used up and can’t be used again, but that’s true of all eSIM apps anyway. Overall, quick and convenient, would recommend.

For years I used to buy prepaid SIM cards when arriving to a foreign country, to be always faced with issues related to having 2 phones versus 2 SIMs, and always ended up wasting it (throwing it away with extra minutes and data).

I had a very negative experience with this company. After I bought 2 eSIMs, my account was somehow deleted, and for days, I have been trying to communicate about this with them, but they do not reply and do nothing. They stole my money. Do not use this company.
