Hello, My Moowii Mix Se+ adapter was working stably before the update. The device is now stuck in "Mix Se_OTA" mode after a failed update. Error message: "send data failed". The indicator light is off. Please provide the PC-based firmware recovery utility and instructions.
Hello Moowii Team, I am using a Mix Pro+ device and I want to play games through Moowii Gaming. But whenever I open the app, it shows “Config not support” error. Could you please help me fix this issue? Great controller but see that D PAD as the walk instead of the L3 stick like it’s been for years is gonna cost y’all a lot of money I understand y’all need traffic to y’all app but don’t make it super duper difficult for us to Change our settings i had a family member over who ask me about it I had to tell him don’t buy the controller bc the games we play u won’t be able to move 😤
