Just Received my new Skull Candy Push Active ear buds. Downloaded the Skull Candy IQ app on iPhone ios15…then was informed that new firmware available. Followed the necessary steps for update but nothing happens from there on. The CONTINUE tab remains greyed out and update fails to download❓ Thanks in anticipation of your response VG😎

Skull-iQ iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix Skull-iQ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Skull-iQ app on iPhone
Update Skull-iQ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Skull-iQ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Skull-iQ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Skull-iQ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Skull-iQ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Skull-iQ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Skull-iQ App
1. On android, goto Settings » Skull-iQ » click [Force Stop]

Update Skull-iQ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Skull-iQ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Skull-iQ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Skull-iQ.

Fix Skull-iQ unable to contact server/ Skull-iQ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Skull-iQ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Skull-iQ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Skull-iQ
