Just Received my new Skull Candy Push Active ear buds. Downloaded the Skull Candy IQ app on iPhone ios15…then was informed that new firmware available. Followed the necessary steps for update but nothing happens from there on. The CONTINUE tab remains greyed out and update fails to download❓ Thanks in anticipation of your response VG😎
