I've used this brand for over 10 years, you used to be the be all end all of earbuds, now you scam people to pay exorbitant amounts of money for barely functional wireless earbuds. What you have become is embarrassing because clearly profit is the only thing that matters to you. I've paid for not only your $60 push active earbuds, but also two pairs of your push ANC buds at $100 each and both have terrible functionality with your app which is needed to program them. Almost every other day I have to unlink and relink them and reprogram the button settings. It has been over a year since I've reported these issues and I don't understand why this isn't a priority with your team to solve.

Just like a lot of the other 1 star reviews it’s because I literally cannot use the app at all for my grind earbuds. I’ve tried restarting my earbuds, deleting the app and re downloading it and deleting the old one. I’ve tried forgetting this device on my Bluetooth looked for any updates nothing works… this app is completely hit or miss on whether you can even USE the app in the first place.

I have the Push Active and wanted to use my hands free capabilities, so I connected to the Skullcandy app and got the notification to download the Skull-IQ app. But when I tried to connect the earbuds, it just didn’t work. I accepted all of the requests, powered off my phone, and rebooting my earbuds. Still, nothing. I don’t understand why this is happening and I’m upset that I no longer get to use the features of my earbuds. If anyone knows anything that can help me, that would be nice because I have no idea why this is happening.
