customer service is non existent, call their 1800 number and find out for yourself. Do yourself a favor and do not use this fake banking platform. They steal your money and do not help their current customers not by phone not by email not by whatsapp it is just beyond despicable. I really tried to give them a shot with involving them in my finances and they have let me down again and again and AGAIN. I will be writing a government agency that can regulate that oversees their license because it needs to be pulled and shut down! Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life, and I’ve banked with a handful amount of institutions. Run away and do not think twice about hway.

Tried to link my card to cash app to move some money over to the card it wouldn’t work. Then tried to deposit with another account into H way and it still didn’t work. I canceled all my transactions hopefully my money won’t go through because hway keeps glitching. Can’t even find my direct deposit info to give to my employer. This is ridiculous guess I won’t be using this account

I have not use this account to have my account locked for identity theft and you can’t contact no one or you can’t have no one money locked up and when I call no one answers and they switched up everything

I decided to give hway a try and ever since i downloaded it it has been under maintenance. I have never been able to register or start an account because hway is constantly stuck on “under maintenance”.

Y’all sent me an identity verification and I completed it and it said everything was all set. Then I get a message saying my account is blocked. I will be pursuing legal action if y’all don’t unlock my account. My paycheck is supposed to be deposited tonight and I live paycheck to paycheck so I can’t afford not to have access to it.

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL. I put an incorrect pin three times, and they asked me to call their support. I called several times and they hang after 5 minutes of waiting, their whatsapp number is not responsive. I'm glad I only had a few dollars in this account!! If I had thousands I would be very mad.

Absolutely the worse bank ever!!! The very first time I loaded $450 on to my account I used it twice and they locked my account for fraudulent activity. They said I had to verify my identity sending my I.D in I did that still no access to my account . I called 15 times back to back I got no help and still my account remains locked I will be closing my account after I get my money back and hope no one else banks here!!!!!!’

Please be aware that this is totally SCAM. I deposited some money into this account and now I’m unable to use it. The card doesn’t work, I started a transfer from this account to another one and I’m still waiting for the process to be complete. I have called several times to their customer service phone number and no one answered. I sent some emails and messages by WhatsApp but no answer. I will surely report this to some gov agencies. I don't know how they are still operating because this is a scam, so don't use hway do yourself a favor.

I have been calling their customer service number for over two days and no one answers. I have emailed them and texted them and no one answers. This is clearly not a real banking app.

Liked how installing was simple and everything. No minimum or loco fees. Nice card, well made app, and very easy to manage. Could not find how to send money to Colombia.

It was so easy to register and get an account. I used my passport to open my account and there was no issue. I use my card on Apple Pay with no problem. The experience is seamless.

hway is very easy to use and once is installed the hassle is gone! I had some issues at the beginning with the verification and authentication process and I was explained by the support team that the additional steps taken was to avoid identity theft. Carolina the rep help me through the process and I am very pleased. I used my virtual card almost every where and I ask to get paid on my account weekly and it is very convenient. Like very much hway !

They get us, Latinos, like no other bank. No need for just a social security number; they accept licenses and passports too. Their app is super easy to use, and sending money to family? Piece of cake! H-Way rocks for keeping us connected and financially sorted. Highly recommend!

So glad I stumbled upon hway. It was easy to sign up, secure, and quick. I can receive payments from other members and easily request a physical card, no problem. If you need a way to handle some of your banking needs, this is it.
