I signed up for the free trial… I was charged $40 the day immediately afterwards. When I reached out to customer support, I was told that they couldn’t refund me because you get charged as soon as the 7 days is up… the problem is, ONE single day had gone by. I was charged $40 for having this app for ONE day. and they refuse to refund me.
