Doesn’t Work as Advertised

Followed the directions but it cant seems to work as advertised. What’s the point of calling this Always On when you need to launch the app the app and use it as a video player. Besides it drains the battery so I don't really recommend it to anyone.

Can you actually get to the app? Is it actually useable? After six consecutive ads I still have not gotten to the app. And it wanted a rating after like the second ad. This is ridiculous.
