I saw CoinSnap show how they identified a coin by taking a picture. Also, they showed an estimate value of a coin. Last night I purchased the App. and could not find how to use the App. feature showing an estimate value. I'm not very good at navigating to find stuff. Can you help? Thanks Dennis Romeli

I have MANY problems with the CoinSnap app. 1. Bullion-type proof coins (Gold and Silver Eagles) are most always valued at melt price. 2. Most all 2023 coins are not yet recognized. 3. Reverse-proof coins are not recognized. 4. There isn't a PF grading scale, only MS. 4. BIGGEST OF ALL-- extract files produced from CoinSnap have many, many issues, e.g. funky characters before 1/4 and 1/2 denominations, missing mint information, duplicates, partial submissions are but a few. I've losing a lot of faith in this app.

Hi I've purchased your app but I can't get the 2 photos to work it only let's me get one side of the coin and no matter if it's on camera or gallery it will only give me one side of the coin
