Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Citator app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Citator app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Citator app on iPhone
Update Citator app to the Latest Version for iOS

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Citator app issues:

Force Stop the Citator App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Citator app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Citator to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Citator App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Citator app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Citator.

Fix Citator unable to contact server/ Citator internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Citator » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Citator » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Citator on android.
