Useless Application

Your application doesn’t work. After launching the application it gives popup 4-5 times and after that it stucks on the blank screen for infinite period of time. May b you guys should invest more on better development of the application and also make sure the quality of your application by testing it.
Otp screen lags

When changing pw right after first logon otp gets automatically removed whenever you try to type.
I believe QC and Quality Assurance should do more test. Or Silk bank should hire university student to make workable application
Literally changed banks and closed my account

Pathetic service. Banking app down or gives errors regularly. Was down for 6 full days. Was final straw. Closed my bank account. Much better banks out there.
